This is by far the best tasting meal replacement shake that I have ever tasted! I got the strawberry. The recommended dose is like 4 scoops which is a lot. I have been breaking it down to 2 scoops and just drinking it twice on separate occasions throughout the day. I had ordered the Blueberry Cobbler and Oatmeal chocolate chip as a breakfast/lunch meal replacement. Both of them tasted aweful..I had an extremely hard time finishing both tubs. Aside from the flavor, my first experwas good. The high calories and Hugh protein helped me out extensively with my diet. I just ordered the Fudge Brownie flavor and it is 100% better in taste. I am wanting ti try the other flavors, but after my experience with the blueberry cobbler and Oatmeal chocolate chip, I am very hesitant to stray away from the Fudge Brownie. Great flavor good value usually get the Lean Body High Protein Meal Replacement Shake, but tried this for the flavor. really like the flavor, but little different with texture and calorie count... if MRE can get the texture a bit more smooth/creamy and get the calorie similar to Lean Body, it would be perfect. ... show more
