I am giving this a 1 because I returned it the same day I got it through UPS, it was just that hideous. The wig was dry, cheap looking, crunchy and nothing like the picture. Something happened between UPS and Amazon. If I locate the UPS return slip, how do I get my money back?

I love this unit. At first I couldn't get it on right. But after I messed with it a while I got it on perfect. All I did was put mousse, wig spray and fluffed it with my fingers. The color of the wig is much lighter than I anticipated but the blend is nice. The top of the wig looks very “wiggish” where the hairs separate. It’s missing the natural looking part that a lace wig provides. Hair could be longer on the sides.
