On one side it slid down too fast and released the pop out connection into a vast open area on another rod. It is impossible to retrieve leaving one side too low and unstable. It can be corrected with a pvc part, place on the outside, with a hole drilled into it. …Think swimming pool brush head and pole. My fault. Pole was slippery. It’s a great design otherwise. The media could not be loaded. This is actually a quality clothes rack. It’s very sturdy and it fits a closet full of clothes. And it’s big but not too big and it looks good in my apartment. It’s not in the way or out of place and I love my new clothes rack

I received this item yesterday and I put it together last night. The C1 part that is supposed to click arrived welded to the C1 pole and I can’t click it into the C2 pole because it’s welded. I emailed last night and received a response back today asking for a photo. I sent the photo and have not heard anything else from the seller. I requested for them to send me another C1 part that I can assemble into the C2. This is extremely frustrating. I was organizing and I have stuff all over the place. I was almost finished assembling the rack. I only had this part to complete and I would have been finished. I dot want to take it apart and send it back. I only want another C1 part sent to me. Customer service with this seller sucks!!! Update: The company hasn’t responded. I’m returning the item and it looks like that is going to be a hassle as well.
