I bought this for my 7 yr old son who was dragging his 26in. A bit heavy for him. For now he needed a bat that was lighter and easier to swing so we went with this 25in bat. We got this for my son's underhand pitch league. It was his first year and ours too as "baseball parents." There is a surprising amount of choices and things to concern yourself with when buying a baseball bat. So in short, this worked well for us. Our son is 60lbs and 50in tall. This bat was used by him and several of the kids that were smaller than him. The color scheme and looked fit right in with the other kids. I would not recommend getting this size for a bigger kid, it seemed a little light for our son but was good cause he was still trying to get his swing down. ... show more
