Uses a unique easy-to-remove surface sealer that pulls off in a strip. NO DRILLING REQUIRED! A complete crack injection kit for homeowners or contractors. Only a conventional caulking gun is needed. Two-component polyurethane forcefully expands and permanently fills the entire crack (up to 22-inch. thick walls). Tenaciously bonds to dry or wet concrete but remains flexible to allow for its natural movement. Will never leak again, unlike caulk or hydraulic cement. Enough material to seal up to 20 linear ft. of cracks in poured concrete.

  • Sealed Crack in Storm Shelter *3 Year Update *
Size: 10-foot Kit
I had a crack running up the corner of my concrete storm shelter, which was actively leaking ground water into the storm shelter. The shelter was covered by a 10-year warranty, but that warranty is no good if the company that manufactures the unit goes out of business. I bought this kit a few months ago from Amazon to see if I could DIY fix the crack and have been amazed by the results. I was pumping around 75 gallons of water from my shelter every 2 months, year round prior to use. I cleaned up the crack as best I could while water was still actively seeping in through the crack and went to work with the kit. The ends of the injection tubes are hard plastic circles where they contact the walls, but they have folding sides that allow for use in corners. I think it is much trickier to seal the corners without blocking the back side of the tubes, but I can attest that it can be done. My whole crack was in the 90 degree corner of the concrete walls. Once the flexible epoxy sets up around the tubes, injection of the foam was a breeze with a standard caulk gun. Just apply constant pressure to the gun and take your time injecting until it makes its way up to the next injection port, pull the tube and cap, move up to the next port and repeat. Do not apply too much pressure to the gun, or you may break the seal under the flexible epoxy stuff and the expanding foam stuff will seep out all over the place and not run through your cracks. Normal handshake grip pressure on the caulk gun, just enough to keep it very slowly moving through the tube. I let it dry overnight, and in the last 2+ months, I haven't seen so much as a drip make it through the crack. If I have another crack develop in the shelter, I will purchase another of this kit and repair. *** It's been almost 3 years now since using this product to seal a long Crack in my concrete storm shelter. There has been zero moisture find its way through the sealed Crack and the material on the inside of the shelter hasn't peeled away from the concrete at all. Very strong bond. Highly recommend using this product to deal cracks in difficult to access, below ground surface concrete walls. If give them more stars than 5 if possible. Just follow the instructions, be patient and the results should be excellent. ... show more

  • 2 Years and Still Dry
Size: 10-foot Kit
First off thank you to everyone who has written a review. I strongly recommend reading the other reviews for this product and those for the other RadonSeal kit without the Easy-Peel option. I also watched the video several times. A few other tips based on my experience: 1) It is well worth $5 at your local DollarTree to get a few extra supplies. In my case, a larger tarp/drop cloth, more gloves, more popsicle sticks to mix sealant, restaurant-style ketchup/mustard bottles to apply water, plastic paint scrapers to apply sealant 2) The tip to double-glove so you can peel off dirty gloves and keep working is worth repeating 3) I had a floor to ceiling hairline crack. I only used half of the product but it took me two hours to apply the seal. Mix small amounts, it sets up fast! 4) The sealant will remove the top layer of concrete leaving behind a rougher sandpaper texture. For me this didn’t matter, I wanted visibility in case the leak returned and wasn’t concerned about the appearance 5) With a hairline crack I was surprised, but running water through the injection ports mostly worked 6) Even though I was very careful applying sealant I did still have three leaks. However, the foam setup in a few seconds so my leaks didn’t really matter. 7) You will need two people to apply the foam. While the team did a nice job of listening to feedback and connecting the hose to the sealant it disconnected about 1/3 of the way up. You’ll need a hand to squeeze the trigger, one to keep the hose attached to the seal and one to move the hose from injector port to injector port. It only takes a few minutes, but for this task, you need two people. 8) I used duct tape to add about 5 starter strips to remove the dry sealant. I should have added twice as many. Taking off the sealant was the toughest part of the job. Given that it took me two hours to apply sealant; I think I should have begun removing it after 3 hours rather than 5. Most importantly, our basement is still dry! ... show more

  • No need to look any farther, this stuff works!!!
Size: 10-foot Kit
I used this for a settling crack in our poured foundation wall that was allowing ground water in. The product came as promised, the contents were as promised. Instructions were wery well written and easy to follow. Cleanup was as stated, and I finished the job with a good quality basement paint. Within 48 hours we received a heavy rain, and a welcome discovery....a dry wall and floor!!! So far I am VERY satisfied with this, everything was and is as promised. I will and am recommending this product...... ... show more
