The three tier rack is sturdy and the arms have enough padding to protect my kayaks. I have two 10 foot kayaks that are about 32 inches wide and weigh about 40 pounds. I put a SUP on the top rack. The arms are a little bit shorter than the width of my kayaks but it seems to fit just fine. Very easy for one person to put together. The product could have been better secured in the box. Nothing was damaged enough that it wasn't usable or that I would seek a return. But there were a fair amount of scrapes and scratches. It's almost like they have no idea that delivery drivers just drop these out of the back of the truck. ... show more

Happy with this rack. Well-machined pieces came together easily. It is stable. Helps keep kayaks off the floor of the shed. My kayaks are on the wider side, but two fit on it well. I've been shopping for a rack for a while and deliberating... I'm pleased that I chose this one. Fortunately the shipping box was taped at the seams, because the bag with all the little pieces (bolts and washers) had a hole and was spilled. I found all the parts including one little locking washer that had slipped out into the shipping box. 🙂 ... show more

We inherited some rec boats from family and had no good way to store them. This rack was easy to assemble, and seems sturdy. It does not come with any way to bolt to the floor or wall so we improvised. The powder coat paint is already flaking off in some spots and it's only been a month. It was comical to get the top boat loaded without a stepladder, but it's working. Overall it will do the job and is way better than a haphazard stack of boats. ... show more

It took me less than 30 minutes to put this together. Instructions were easy to follow! Sturdy, sturdy, sturdy. My kayak is over 50lbs and 11.5 long. It doesn't budge on the stand. And the price is great!

Threw some wheels on it and presto - a mobile kayak rack. Exactly what we needed for 2 Pelican 10' kayaks. We put the kayaks on seat down, so the inside doesn't collect debris.
