My bias is that I like a water shoe more like a sneaker and I thought with the shoe having a sole it would fit like one and give more support to my foot. I found out it is more like a water sock. I ordered my regular shoe size - this pair fits large, is wide in the toe box and slips on my foot while doing my water aerobics. After approx 10 wearings there is a small amt of fraying at the tip of the toes but at this time it is not interfering with the integrity of the shoe. For me this is not the right water shoe and I don't plan to order again. But for the price and if you like a water sock, it is a good purchase. ... show more

I have a narrow foot and these are fairly wide. They do have a textured insole so my foot doesn't slide around as in other brands. I wear a 10 shoe so ordered at size 9.5-10.5. A little large so if you are on the small end of the scale I would order down a size.

    • Good foot cover for water activities. Reasonable price for hours of use.
I wear a 6.5 shoe, and these fit with about 1/2” extra length at the toe, which I like. They are easy to slip on/off. No chafing at the ankles at all. I swim/water walk/Aqua Dance for 2-3 hours every weekday. I had been getting blisters on toes from the tile pool floor and these fixed that discomfort. I have over 40 hours of wear - and am just starting to see fraying at the toe. Recommend users scuff the soles by walking on cement before use in water, as they can be slippery on the pool tiles. Took needle & thread to toe-holes. Took about 5 minutes to mend using hand quilting thread. Expect to get a couple more weeks from them. ... show more

It’s not a bad quality product but the product images and descriptions are very misleading... I was expecting a light, sneaker-like water shoe. The true shape of what I received is nothing like that. Instead it’s like a shoe sole that has a netting / mesh material attached around it. There is NO shape to it.. it’s worse when your feet go into it. I ordered these quite specifically because per the picture, they looked more visually appealing than my current water shoes. I wanted something more subtle, and sneaker like for the lake (I can’t go in water without shoes...) and yeah. Can’t hide my disappointment here. ... show more

I am so disappointed in this product. They fit like a perfect glove yet, not even 10 minutes in the Atlantic Ocean and they were gone! My daughter loved the color and shoes and was so upset when she went into the water and lost both shoes who were a perfect tight fit within 10 minutes. These things are amazing! I hate wearing shoes so thought I'd give this a try. Not only do they weigh nothing they also feel like socks or none at all! They are very comfortable. Very breathable and the colors are bright. I bought 3 different colors and all are great. Can wear them any where anytime. Don't need socks at all. Your feet do sweat a bit but it's not like when you wear sandals and they get sweaty some times. These really are stylish and perfect for anything! ... show more
