This is good for reminding me of different things I can do on my cable machine when trying to mix up my workout. It will not help you with form or technique. For the price it does what I needed. The poster itself is good quality and looks good in my home gym.

I love this chart!! Now that I am working out at home without all the different machines that break down these exercises at the gym, I wanted an easy way to learn. These are straight forward and so helpful! Excercises are broken down into: Upper body/Core/Back/Lower body. It then shows how to perform each exercise and what muscles they work. The chart itself is good enough. The problem is how it arrives. I put this under a rug for three days to try and flatten it out and that accomplished absolutely nothing. Regardless, I used some double-sided tape to hang it on the wall after those three days. Two days after hanging it with the double-sided tape, one of the corners had come off the wall. Keep in mind, this is the same double-sided tape I have used in my truck for years without issue. I did not replace the tape on the poster, I simply pushed it down again, but in any case, you can imagine the issue. This should be shipped flat rather than rolled and honestly, you are likely better off just jotting down the exercises and printing that out. ... show more
