I’ve never ordered a mattress online before. The price was great for a 12 inch queen mattress, they offered $80 dollar off coupon plus an additional 5% off. I thought I would try it. It came on time, packaged very well. We followed other reviews and took from the box and placed on the bed prior to using the included cutter tool to open. It immediately popped open to size and is made very well. It’s the full 12 inches and my daughter says it’s very comfortable. For less than 300 dollars I am very happy with this purchase. We were a little skeptical getting this from Amazon but we are super impressed! This mattress is so comfortable. The only thing to be aware of is when it’s the delivered that it is HEAVY. It’s a heavy hybrid mattress, but it is more comfortable than the $4000 mattress we have on our king-size bed. We bought it for our guest room, so it will get less use than ours, but it appears to be exceptionally well made & it is comfortable!

After reading other's review I decided to try this, plus I didn't want a white mattress. This is extremely comfortable and soft. I slept like a baby!! Don't hesitate to get this. We order this mattress for our 14 1/2 year old daughter. We’re in the middle of building her bed frame. So it hasn’t been put on it yet as it’s a DIY bed. lol However the mattress is freaking heavy!!! I was home alone and getting it upstairs was HARD. do not do it alone. lol After 5 mins it was up and open. After 5 hours it was pretty and nice. After 24 and 48 hours it was really nice to lay on. She loves it. I think if your more then 150 lbs. this bed will be to soft for you unless you want soft. Other than that… it’s perfect. I gave it four stars only bc the corner of the mattress is like the pic posted.. those are the only area that didn’t work out so well. ... show more

Feels like you’re sleeping on a cloud . I never want to get out the bed. Soft and firm at the same time is insane! As a mother of a 1 year old that had to get an epidural and having back problems ever since after a coulpe nights on my mattress I haven’t had one ache yet 10/10

We got the California king sized mattress. Let it rise for a little over the 72 hours and it’s still very plush. We were looking for something a little more firm but this bed is a good size and comfortable for now.
