We received our Murphy bed yesterday via Fed Ex yesterday and started putting it together. From what I read this was supposed to be solid wood which is why I spent more for this product. Most of the cabinet is actually particle board or pressed wood board. The pilot holes were missing in several spots and the top is damaged. I am unable to send it back as I need to have a place for someone to stay asap. I am not very impressed with the quality. ... show more

Quality was what I expected . All real wood no particle board. Had one of the twist lock fasteners break on install but a spare was in the bag. It folds and unfolds easily and the bed will automatically drop with a gentle pull. My friend spent the night in this bed, and she said it was comfortable. I'm glad to hear that!
