My wife complained that it was easy to feel the coils and she would need an additional 2" mattress pad. Myself, I think it feels fine. We bought this one as it touted that it would not sag when sitting on the edge of the bed.... it sags as much as any other foam mattress. This is the best mattress I’ve ever purchased. It was extremely heavy, but worth its weight in gold. Gel and foam mattresses tend to get hot or just become something that you sink into. This mattress is hybrid and it offers enough comfort and support to help you sleep through the night. You won’t be sweaty and it doesn’t make noise like traditional spring mattresses do. This is a very comfortable mattress, but unfortunately it’s not firm enough for my back and body. The reason I chose the spring foam hybrid was for increased firmness, but I sink into this mattress and it creates back problems for me that are very painful. The quality seems good and it was easy to rollout but very hard to get up stairs because it is extremely heavy due to the thickness that I thought would provide a firmer mattress. So far, the springs have created more stability in the bed and the durability seems good but may not last very long as I am a bigger guy. ... show more

Its firm enough to not hurt your back but soft enough to feel like you're sleeping on a cloud. CRAZY. I love this matress though. Heavy when it arrived but easy unwrapping. No smells and inflation happened pretty quickly once removed from the box and plastic wrap. I would definitely recommend.

The mattress is comfortable for short term use. It’s a bit soft . Also the edge of bed all around is very soft and lacks stability. Not as thick as I would have thought. I did have to put a pillow topper that is about 5 inches wide which makes a difference. Opening box it came in was easy and it said it would inflate once plastic was cut open and to give it time. I waited 48 hours before using thinking it still needed to inflate but it was done really quick and that was as full it was going to get. Full size 12 inch mattress ... show more
