I LOVE the support and comfort of this mattress!!! My back, hips and neck are so well supported, I only use pillows to sit up and watch TV or read. It is very heavy, so I recommend getting someone to assist with carrying, unboxing, and placement. Hated that I had to wait 24 hours to sleep on it, but I gave it about 30 hours to be sure it fully returned to its proper shape. Also, had to purchase extra deep pocket sheet sets, none of my current sets fit, unless you exclusively use flat sheets. The value makes me upset I didn't buy this sooner. ... show more

For comparison, I have a basic IKEA queen-size bed frame, and this mattress's thickness is substantial enough that it can be placed directly on the floor without needing a bed frame. I thought this mattress was going to really impress me after all the research i did. First of all out of the package I was disappointed right away with the texture of the topper. In the photos it looks like its textured somewhat and soft but it is just a print on some polyester blended top. First night of sleep...better than my old bed but now my back hurts. Like really hurts from sleeping on this mattress. I got another brand for my son and I'm super jealous and wishing i would have just got the same one as he did because that mattress is actually plush and soft. This bed is so darn hard...or firm...or whatever...there is no plushness whatsoever. I can't imagine returning this 500 plus dollar mattress after opening it and letting it expand but if given the opportunity to do so I think it will be out of here pretty quick and replaced with a softer bed that doesn't leave me up at 4 am with unfamiliar aches and pains in my back, shoulders and neck. Do not love. Quite disappointed actually. I read reviews and studied what to go with for at least a month. The mattress is aesthetically pleasing but that's about it. No wow factor for me and is definitely NOT the one. Should've saved my money. ... show more
