First air mattress I've gotten for guests. Fully inflates/deflates very fast at around 2.5 mins for both. The fan is loud, but as expected. Comes with a bag and some patches in case of holes. Seems pretty durable as it is thick and on the heavier side. The top has a 'flocked' top you can sleep directly on top of, but I would probably use bedsheets as I'm not a savage or a sleeping bag if you take it camping. I don't plan on sleeping on this but I think it's pretty comfy with a blanket on top of it. Wouldn't use it every day, but obviously for guests staying for a short while. There doesn't seem to be a manual/pump inflation option so it looks like you will need access to a plug to use it if you do take it camping. ... show more

This is the first 'pump in' style air mattress that I have ever had. My experience with them has always been the external pump that you have to insert and tend to. The convenience of 'set it and forget it' is a great concept and I really hope this becomes the norm. I did not time it but the inflate and deflate seem to take about 5 minutes, its a rather quick process. Made much more quick by the fact that you aren't having to babysit it. It does fold back up rather neatly as long as you take your time. It is as comfortable as any other air mattress and I don't have anything to really complain about. Overall this is a good mattress if you are in the market. The reason for the 4 stars is due to price. Supposedly the full price is more expensive than known brands from big box stores. The sale price listed is the same as the name brand standard price. The name brand is also going to carry a quick and easy swap if something should go wrong because its a massive retailer. I am curious what the thinking was here but I just could not recommend an off brand Amazon buy over a name brand brick and mortar find unless it were in a different price category. It easily inflates and deflates with the convenient wall plug that powers the build in pump. It inflates and deflates relatively quickly, which makes setup at night quick and easy.
