This product could have been a 5 star with ease. But they forgot to thread my rod end. So its kinda useless and I didn't notice till I had haft the links installed.

I was on the fence about ordering these links due to reviews being mixed on fitting the scx10II and the description not being clear.. I'll make things more clear for future customers who may be thinking about purchasing these links. They are not true stainless steel. They are some kind of metal, but sure no stainless steel lol. I have bought many, many stainless link kits including, Club 5, Factory Team, Samix, Beeftubes and so on, and these are wayyyyyy to light to be stainless. That being said, They are still better than plastic and are still a great quality metal. I have built many 10II kits, so I got my kit manual out so I could compare to the actual link sizes. Here is what I found. Throw away the rod ends that come with these links or put them in the old part box for spare use. Order 2 packs of traxxas revo rod ends (tra5347) to use with these links and they are spot on perfect. I included a pic showing you how they line up compared to the manual and also included a pic with the part number. They work great and are a lot better than spending 60 plus for links. Absolutely useless for an original SCX10 links are the wrong size completely and does not fit or allow for the axle to flex. Do not buy absolutely a waste of money
