I love this casserole dish! It bakes well and cleans so easily! I love that I can put it in the dishwasher. I presoak it just because I don't want lots of stuff going through my dishwasher drain, but that's a personal choice. I'm sure it would clean just fine without the presoak.

I frequently entertain family, especially during holidays, and this baking dish has been a very nice addition to my bakeware collection. It is large enough and deep enough that I can use it to cook large quantities of food for a crowd. It can go from refrigerator to oven with no problems and the side handles make it easy to grasp.     • You'll use it for more than lasagna...
I had no idea that I need to have a higher walled baking dish. I'm not sure I'll be able to go back to a normal sized dish? It has helped me avoid bubble over, food slipping out of the dish, and allows me to do some "sheet pan" recipes in a new way. There are instances where you may want a more traditional dish to allow more air flow (think more low heat items that you want to circulate air). However, this has become my go to for most baking dish needs. 9x13 IMO is the most universal size for this type of dish and the sizing with this one in particular is great. I like that it is more square and does not have rounded off edges. It does take up a bit more space in the cupboards and also may limit what you can store with in the drawer under the oven. I think that it's all worth it. Clean up has been no issue. I have noticed one or two stain spots that I can work on to get out, but overall cleanliness isn't an issue. This is a vine review meaning the product was provided to be reviewed. This product is a porcelain 9 x 13“ casserole pan with two respectable size handles, and gently-sloping high walls. See attached two photographs with a pop can has a size reference. I am very excited with this casserole pan, at least as excited as a guy can get over a casserole pan! The pan itself is solid and heavy. It has gently sloping high walls for larger recipes and easy removal of food. The handles on either side are generously sized for use with oven mitts. The pan is oven, microwave, and dishwasher safe. And it is heavy duty. Flipping it upside down, it even boasts a center support. Now that is my kind of casserole pan! This dish is very nice and heavy. It was packaged well. The depth is great for deeper casseroles. My issues with it is that it is much smaller at the bottom than my 9x13 Pyrex dish that I am replacing. The top lip measures correctly, the bottom is approximately 11.5 x 7.5. This is too narrow for many of the things that I use my 9x13 pan for, such as lasagna. It works just fine, but I am disappointed in the incorrect size of the base. ... show more
