I had a Tweeze product for many years. It was a wonderful, effective little devices. Eventually t stopped working and I attempted to purchase another one. This company sells many different hair removers. I ordered the one that looked like the be I had had. It was delivered on time with no problems, but the device does no wrk well. It pretty much does not work at all. I am not asking for a refund as the price was very smalll. More than that….I recently had a very, very nice experience with Amazon. I ordered two bundt cake pans to be sent to my sister in Beaverton, Oregon. The package was mus delivered as proven by the fact that the photo of the delivery was not a photo of my sister’s house. Amazon sent her two more bundt cake pans which were delivered on time. There was no charge for these bundt pans. Just a few days ago the original purchase was delivered to my sister’s home by the individual who did receive it. This was many weeks after it was first supposed to get to my sister. The person who had received it thoughtvitvwas something else that had been expected. So…my sister then had four Bundt cake pans for the price of two. I called Amazon willing to pay for the pans that that i was not charged for. I was somewhat annoyed by the whole problem, but offered to pay if I had to. There was an additional wrinkle in that I had cancelled the credit card used for the initial purchase. It would not have been easy for my sister to get the pans to the post office so my option, while I did not really like it, was to pay for the second set I cake pans. I wa told, after I explained the matter that she could keep all of the pandas and there would be no additional cost. Because of this excellent experience with Amazon I am not asking for, and will not accept, an refund for the much less expensive item that does not work. Furthermore, I am, now, an even more loyal Amazon customer. Thank you for the way you you treated me relative to the Bundt Cake Pans, and forget about the much smaller purchase ... show more

Doesn’t work like my old one and for some reason after about 5 mins the metal starts to get hot so I need to turn it off .

I like this product for the thicker hairs but if your trying to get those random chin or whiskers you'll still need to tweeze

This is a great grooming tool. It’s not as good as a “hand on facial, “ but it’s very good for taking away the small hairs on your face and neck. My first one didn’t have the plastic cover over the “blade” area, and I was able to get the facial hair more easily. I tried to remove the plastic, but it was tight, so I think it’s supposed to remain on it. ... show more
