Got this to hide garbage can on side of new home. Was apprehensive about sturdiness of product. Arrived and assembly was not a problem with easy to follow directions. Using a 6lb rubber mallet went in to our sandy soil fairly easily. Not sure how it would do in rockier soil. Overall very pleased with outcome. Would recommend ... show more

It holds better than expected in sandy Florida---not sure if I will pull it up before the next hurricane. The screws use a square bit rather than phillips or flat heads, which is included in box. The screws are self-tapping and can be driven into plastic and metal ground stakes without predrilled holes, even when the metal hole does not align with plastic hole. This worked out to be the same height as my generator and my trash can. I used a triangle to square up one of the fences before putting in all the screws and I tried to align the second fence with the first, but I did not realize that the vinyl fence posts were flexible, so one fence appears to be vertically wavy. ... show more

Exactly what I was looking for to satisfy HOA for my “unsightly trash cans” on the side of my house. Wish they sold one fence as I might need a third one to cover my trash cans completely. Easy to put together. Just keep one post agains a wall or something as you slide the slats into the other post. Tip 1: after putting slats in the left post, slide slats into the right post about an inch in so that the slats are still in the left post. Once all slats and rails are in, push posts together. This is when it helps to have a wall to keep the left post still. Tip 2: the holes for to screw in the stakes are not aligned correctly. I had to drill new holes for 1 of the 2 holes for all 4 stakes. Posts are plastic so it’s not hard to create/expand the holes. For that, I took off a star. ... show more

I’m currently assembling this privacy fence screen panel and got to the point where the screws are screwed in. The head of the screw requires an allen key. the hardware includes an allen key bit for a drill but nit an actual allen key. I don’t have a drill. Who’s the idiot that thought of including this in the hardware package? I have miscellaneous allen keys but none of mine fit. This is crazy! I’m sure once I can get this assembled it’ll be fantastic. But, in the meantime, I’ll have to borrow a drill or go buy one. :( ... show more

This AC cover is definitely worth the time and effort. Just make sure you have an electric drill and mallet and plenty of time. I had a hard time putting the slats in. The video makes it look a lot easier than it is. Find a friend or somebody to help you. It is really hard to keep the slats in one place and then trying to put the other half on. It keeps moving. Since I didn’t have help, I put it against the wall so I could use a mallet and hit it to keep it from moving. I found that if you put only half of the slat in before you put the other side in it works out a lot better. It was worth the time and effort. It looks really nice compared to just looking at a ugly AC unit. ... show more
