I bought this to give my snake a bigger enclosure and was buying another snake, so I ordered the dbl stackable. The one I was able.to assemble is pretty well quality, for the price, that is why I gave it a 3, but the nightmare begins... 1st they contact me telling me that they did not have the 40 gal, when I ordered the 44 gal. Then they said they dont have the white in 44 gal, so I chose black, which is what I wanted, but the site said not avail. 2. Enclosures get here Super fast! I go to put the 1st one together, and the instructions are HORRIBLE, but I am good with building things so I figured it out. It is missing 1 of 4 rods that support the frame! A rep from Amazon told me there were 3 packages. I only got 2. The parts that connect the 2 enclosures have not arrived yet (12/26/23)! They did give me $30 back, for my inconvenience, but I am still going through trying to get all of the parts! I message them, and after making me take a picture of all the parts in the box with missing rod to prove I am missing it, they agree to send the rod. But never answer my inquiry about the 3rd package that they notified me was waiting for a tracking number over a week ago! Today, I checked the messages, and they sent the rod, and they gave me a tracking number for it, but have made no mention about the missing 3rd package which I have inquired about SEVERAL times! After all of this. I am dissembling the one I could put together and sending it all back. This has been a nightmare! I am going to buy another enclosure for my new snake, which has arrived during all of this mess. She is in the one enclosure I was able to put together, and like I said the quality is pretty good! I am just tired of the back and forth. They respond with only part of the resolution of the problem. Then you have to enquire again, and wait for a response. I am tired. I have spent more time messaging them than I do my family! I am tired of begging. They won't want to hear anything when it's time to make my payment, even after all of this. I'll pay for a single one cash and forget about this nightmare. If you dont get all thebparts in the box, good luck on getting them at all. Update! 1/3/24 I finally got the pieces to connect the 2 enclosures! I ordered 12/15/23. It was supposed to arrive by the latest 12/28/23. I have not heard from them since 12/27/23. I will not buy anything else from them, and I suggest you save yourself some heartache and go to the next shop, not theirs. ... show more

Delivery took weeks. Finally arrived, missing a door. Still waiting on the door and told estimated delivery in May (another week at least)! Hassle not worth the savings!
