The extra space doesn't bother me at all in the larger bags since I can use it for anything extra. The silky texture is 85%, of the organizer, while the felt is in the inside liner and inside pockets. Great quality, sturdiness and size. The middle organizer velcro's in so it is easily detachable if not needed. For open bags, it does provide a zipper which is great to have more valuable items not fall out. So convenient to pull out from one handbag and put into another. I liked this because the tote bags are cute but they normally bend funny so this organizer keeps the bag sturdy and in shape I also like the removeable bag the other organizer’s have a built in one that I feel takes up the space more than organizes it but this is the best of both worlds but the middle pouch since it’s Velcro it does tend to move when you have it in there.
