I purchased this for when I store my bike away but also for when I keep it on the street and it rains. At first the material doesn’t feel that durable and seems like it will rip easily if it were to get caught on the license plate, exhaust, or handle bars. This cover sat through a pretty nasty rain storm and not a drop of water touched the bike. Water pretty much fell right off the cover. Maybe I was lucky or maybe it’s just that durable. It covers the entire bike, even when I have the windshield attached. If you have a larger bike it should have more of a snug fit. It has a side release buckle that goes under the bike that you can tighten. The front and rear both have elastic bands that hug under the tires. The reflective strips are on the smaller side but they do work. The ability to use a U-Lock is definitely a plus. When not in use it folds to be very compact and comes with a storage bag. Preferably though it should work perfectly for storing your bike indoors during the off season. All in all 5 stars for effectiveness and cost. ... show more

Having purchased 2 other (different) covers that featured taped seams and appeared to be good, after some real world use they both fell apart. While (on those) it seemed that taped seams on those would be better they inevitably come loose after a few months. All of them. Clearly he taping served to mask the low quality stitching. In addition, the material started 'falling apart' as well, unable to handle the relentless UV. Both of them lasted less than a year. I purchased this cover a bit over a year ago and feel it deserves some well earned praise. Clearly Florida sun and rain will separate the chaff from the wheat - what sets this one apart is better (heavier) material, better stitching, therefore no taping needed. Bottom line: This is hands down the best cover out there for the money. Well made, and functions as advertised. Waterproof, and reversible - the silver cover definitely keeps the bike cooler. This cover fit my older standard bike well; however, when the wind blew the bike over onto a masonry patio, holes broke through too easily where it landed. The fabric is too thin to be reliable.

this is a good bike cover have used it multiple times now. well worth the price, and it's not too expensive either. i use this to cover my bike up at work to keep it dry on rainy days. we have an indoor porch so i store it uncovered there instead of outside when am home. it fits my medium sized trek fx2 fine, it covers it completely, and it could probably fit another one under it as well. it's pretty easy and quick to set it up on the bike. honestly it takes longer to take it off and roll it back up and shove it in the bag than it does to put it over top. would recommend to friends or other bicyclers that want to keep there bikes dry. will buy again if something happens to the one i have now. ... show more

Let me tell you about my new bike cover—it’s like a superhero cape for my trusty two-wheeler. For a well-priced bit of fabric, this thing does it all. It covers my entire bike from handlebars to tires, which is great because my bike isn’t exactly a small fry. The cover even has these nifty straps that keep it in place, so it doesn’t end up flapping around in the wind like a flag in a hurricane. It’s both waterproof and sunproof, which means my bike stays dry during those surprise downpours and doesn’t fade under the scorching sun. So far, so good! Now, I’ll admit, it does look a bit on the thinner side. But hey, I’m crossing my fingers (and spokes) that it holds up over time.
