First off it is water in a big bottle. It is clear and nothing is floating in it not much else to say there. I did see some complain about delivery times being longer than expected. I'm not sure if the issue could be location or just a specific delivery issue but in my case I had the opposite. Even now Amazon is saying my order which I placed yesterday should come in some time between tomorrow and a week from now. It isn't even noon and they delivered an hour or so ago, followed the delivery instructions, and even asked if I had any empties to recycle. There's not much to stay about water, but at least this water has no strong mineral taste or any aftertaste. Refreshing water fits well on my dispenser. It was delivered by a local company and that was a nice change from my other delivery service. The price was cheaper than my local company also. I have ordered water from this company four times, and all four times they did not show up until 2 to 3 days after the promised delivery date. Everything else about the product is terrific, but with four people living in one house and using the bottled water constantly. It would be very nice if it would show up when they tell you it will. If they tell you it will be there in four days, and it doesn’t show up for 6 to 7 days, that’s a big deal. In the beginning however if they told you it was going to take 7 to 10 days, and it showed up within 7 to 10 days, that would be ideal. ... show more

    • Don't bring bottles up stairs
had water delivered recently. The water is overall ok. but they left the bottles downstairs and didn't leave them at the door. Will not order again. I can fill bottles up myself if I want to carry bottles up the stairs. It was not convenient.
