I use the Citric Acid primarily for cleaning my water purifier which I also got on Amazon, (the distiller type). And the gunk that builds up from our city water is no joke. It's a wonder I've had kidney stones. So this citric acid does a nice job of cleaning my water tank. I like it because it's got a finer grain that the previous stuff I got. I've also used a pinch of it in my potassium/magnesium drink. It adds a bit of tang. And it's supposed to be a preservative which I haven't tried yet.
