I am totally impressed. Don't like the large spray bottle and nozzle that came with the last order. It spays much more product than is needed to remove a stain. I'm using the smaller bottles that came with my original order. I rinse the spray nozzle with water before replacing the cap, keeps the bottle spraying well. I like that it is non toxic and it does NOT have an odor. I am not a fan of strong odors put in products to make you laundry smell 'clean'. Many of those odors make me sick. This stain remover works the best out of any I have had, and I like that it has natural ingredients. I spray something as soon as I can. It seems the longer it soaks even the better it gets it out. I haven't really noticed it having a scent. I had already purchased this before and just needed to refill my bottles. I may have not ready everything before I purchased, but I was surprised that it would only fill them once (I think that is also because I have the concentrate to refill the multi-surface cleaner and was expecting a concentrate). ... show more

This product is worth the premium price. It's so nice to have a natural stain remover that actually works. For minor stains, I just spray them and toss in the wash. For more stubborn stains, I leave on for a day before washing. You can use a scrub brush also. This spray has even removed hair dye from my t-shirts. If I have a particularly dirty wash load, I'll spray 3-5 pumps in with my detergent dispenser to boost the wash (not a recommended use but it works for me - just don't use too much or you'll end up with a suds error). ... show more

Love this stuff!! It's great on stains regardless of how long they sat. Spray it on the stains and let it sit for a few minutes then launder. No fading, no noxious odors.

This stain remover is great since it’s natural but I have found it to be hit or miss. If you are able to get to the stain quickly then, as with all stain removers you will have much higher success. There have been times where I wasn’t able to treat my clothing until hours later and in these cases I haven’t been able to get the stains completely out.
