Meets or exceeds the highest ASTM F2413-11 standards for toe impact I/75 and compression C/75 protection. Shoe fits great, I ordered a size up originally (10) as suggested by previous reviews, I would advise against doing so. My athletic shoe size is a 9, and I found that I needed the corresponding size for this shoe as well, I would NOT order a size up if you currently wear an athletic shoe. These pass an ESD test daily for my work environment working with server hardware and chassis, all sensitive electrical components. After they were broken in, I am able to wear these all day without issue, unlike my previous boots, these shoes breath fantastically! No more soaked socks at the end of the day. Wear and tear, these have held up well after almost 3 months of use, I read previous reviews stating that they can fall apart at the seams...I have NOT experienced this. I'm in an environment where I'm constantly kicking pallets and hardware when I'm moving around the work area in the lab and on the facility floor. ... show more

Love the look of this shoe. Cannot really tell they are steel toed. Arch support and comfort is lacking a bit as these are the first shoes I ever had to put arch supports in. The major downside is that these shoes leave black marks extremely easily on tile. I wear mine in a retail setting and have to be extremely careful not to leave marks everywhere. ... show more

I bought these to wear working in a 1.1 million square foot facility. These work shoes were the most uncomfortable work shoes I've ever bought. They were bulky feeling, tight on the sides, and the composite insert blistered my toes. I don't recommend wearing these for long periods of time.
