I wanted something to take on our big summer vacation which included a cruise, and this was beyond my expectations. It is very soft, looks good, and is the right weight. It was perfect for the flight when it got chilly in the cabin. It was perfect for eating in chilly restaurants. Sometimes I wore it how it's intended with the button, and sometimes I had it draped just over my elbows like a shawl/pashmina thing. Just got it delivered yesterday. It is soft and comfortable to wear. You can wear in a different style with some practice.🙂 Can be casual or sophisticate. I like it to replace the use of a blazer. Worth the price and I had ordered the black. Now, I have to figure out how to hang on a hanger.

Its cozy knitted fabric provides comfort without compromising on style. However, a word of caution: be mindful of washing this poncho with other fabrics that shed. I learned this the hard way. Despite trying numerous methods to remove the fibers that clung stubbornly to the poncho after washing, including fabric shavers, razors, tweezers, and even lint balls, I had no luck. The fibers seemed to bond irreversibly to the fabric, resisting all attempts to remove them. To prevent this issue, I recommend washing the poncho separately or with similar fabrics to avoid any unwanted shedding mishaps. While this downside was frustrating, it doesn't detract from the overall quality and elegance of the garment. This is really soft and pretty. I needed something to take the chill off over a flowy style dress for my son’s wedding. The dress wouldn’t work for a regular sleeved sweater. This shawl is really nice and it looks just like the pictures. I was afraid it would be too heavy and warm but really it’s just right. Not too thin, not too thick. Plus size women will find that it ends up being shorter on you than you assume from looking at the thin models.
