Ordered and got it next day. Checked everything as all was there. Install took about an hour maybe a little longer. Hiding wires was super easy. Once installed, powered up and formatted micro SD card (included). Powered up great, picture quality is excellent and settings are super easy to program. Considering the prices that are out there. This camera secured to the windshield securely and doesn't shake while driving. It's a great way to protect yourself from all kinds of stuff and have all sides of your vehicle recording at all times. First off, unit arrived in a timely matter with no issues and well packaged. (Which was great) Installation Process - Installation took me approximately 30 mins in taking my time. Nothing complex about it. I was hesitant about using suction cup option only because I was questioning if it was going to hold up well and surprisingly it did and has. However, the back camera installation part caught me by surprise because in order for me to mount it, I would have to literally dismount my hood to place it through the back door for proper mounting above the license plate “which I did not do”… or other option was to use the double sided tape and simply place it directly on the inside of my trunk door, but in attempting to do so the camera does not stay firm to face out as it should. Instead it just wilts over and the camera captures the inside of my trunk. Mind you I have a Cadillac Escalade ESV. I got frustrated and back camera is just dangling in hopes I could resolve this one issue. I moved on and continued with connecting the unit to Wi-Fi according to the instructions that were provided. I really like this unit a whole lot as it looks professional, sturdy and just pleased with the look. So, In following the steps, I was able to see that it connects to Wi-Fi (Yay)… BUT…I kept reading the manual over and over and over again as I was having issues connecting the unit to the app. Now I find a second issue. At this point I just need the unit to work! I kept trying until I couldn’t handle it anymore. I reached out to support and I was informed that “PRIOR” to doing anything, I had to turn my Cellular data off first then proceed with the instructions. No where at all in the manual was this disclosed. So, I tried again, and guess what, I couldnt connect anything because my data was OFF. I repeated this process so many times, I was still eager to give it a shot! I’m a very handy person, but after so many attempts I gave up. I must say I am disappointed that I can’t use it! I am pleased to know that the company stood behind their product and issued me a refund for the inconvenience without any hassles. Thank you for allowing me to keep the unit! I will continue to try and figure it out. I give the overall unit a 5 (love the security of all angles) but despite the issue(s) I had I will take away a star due to my frustrations with the app and the back camera. ... show more

Purchased for 2024 Christmas gift. My package included the 24 hour passive automatic wiring kit to attach directly to the vehicle fusebox inside my vehicle cabin. I watched a YouTube professional installation video and installed the dash camera in about 2 hours. All internal wires are hidden and the install is very professional. The four cameras provide full 360 degree coverage. I fell secure now in the event of an automobile accident or traffic stop by Law Enforcement. My installation provides 24 hour/day camera coverage on the digital file system. Passive amp draw on my car battery is about 1 AMP ; so no battery drain. The APP works good; not perfect but it works. I use this dashcam to keep my customers, merchants, and local law enforcement accountable. The recordings are very good. With my window cracked the audio has picked up threats on lives from a person who was 10 feet away from my car. It has enabled me to prove I am not where someone claims thanks to the gps function and I was able to avoid false allegations against me by a disgruntled lazy customer. The four cameras pointing anywhere I choose at anytime have kept lying law enforcement from further attempts at false allegations against me and pull overs based on lies about some business I was parked on a busy road near having its alarms go off .. oh wait the story changed it was a glass break and so out of all the people leaving the church it must have been me right? 😅 whatever whatever. All who were trying to run me out of this small town because I am honest and follow all state and federal laws and so therefore I’m a threat to these criminals, have stopped harassing me with false allegations. The only thing left is to deal with the department who is monitoring my calls without a court order granting them the authority to do so and the service of that order on me. I have my cell carrier to thank for catching that evidence. This dashcam works. It makes people behave and ensures that you can enjoy your right to quiet and peaceful enjoyment of your vehicle. This is a nice dashcam. Easy to install. I didn't install the rear camera. I am just recording the three cameras within the dashcam and they are all facing forward. No inside car view. I angled the outside cameras a bit to outward to cover more side view for vehicles in the left or right lanes. No problems so far. ... show more
