Was looking for a camera system that shot ALL four directions and it seemed to be a challenge. You either needed separate components or it just didn't exist. Took a chance on this one and I think it is a good basic starter system. Installation was easy enough. Hiding the wires was easy until we got to the hatchback of our SUV, there is a lot of extra wiring that we had nothing to do with, so it is just wrapped up in a coil hanging from the top. Not a big deal though. The cameras seem to be a decent quality. Sometimes they seem too dark but that might just be from the screen display. At night, headlights and streetlights really blow out the image, so I am not sure how helpful the nighttime videos would be but again... rather have something than nothing. I have it set up to record over anything when it is full. So far I haven't needed to review footage for anything so I haven't taken the SD card out to view anything on the computer. It records videos in 5 minute slots, which at first confused me and I thought it was only recording 5 minutes at a time before writing over. I did email support with the question and they were quick to respond, so that is a good thing if you ever need help! I do feel the system is a bit bulky, it takes up a lot of space in the dashboard, but something I can deal with for the peace of mind. Sometimes when it is hot, the suction mount falls off the dash but it is easy enough to replace.

I replaced another brand with this camera. The difference is drastic! 1. It comes with but does not require the rear camera. I choose to not put it in place yet. 2. The main 3 camera unit is bigger than my old unit. In a small car it might be too large but in my GMC Terrain (mid size SUV) it is not an issue. 3. The image quality of all 3 camera is excellent, very clear. 4. Very customizable. I currently have one camera pointing through my drivers side window, one to the front and the right camera is positioned to get the passenger window AND back seat AND the rear window (can see car behind me!) 5. The control buttons have markings but are hard to see. I used a white marker to identify the buttons.(Seen in first pic). They are easy to use. I took info from the book to create a quick reference an posted here. 6. The camera comes with a sticky pad and a sticky suction cup. I'm currently using the suction cup. It allwa for adjustment but may eventually use the flat sticky pad as it may take less room on the windshield. Note that unlike the other brand, the suction cup has NO METAL CONTACTS so is NOT REQUIRED for use. Like this feature very much. 7. Camera recordings are stabilized. Smooth. Records sound (can be turned off!), gps location, speed, date, time. You can take PHOTOS by holding the left arrow for 3 seconds. 1 button press gives you a photo from each of the 3 cameras. 8. Has a very easy uncluttered app. 9. Wifi feature is simple. Turn it on the camera with ok button. Connect to that wifi with your mobile device (I have an android phone). Then open the app and "enter the device". While connected you can see the recordings. You can delete recordings and you can DOWNLOAD the important video recordings and photos. Once downloaded, you can view them even when not connected or near to the camera. 10. View the downloaded videos or photos in the app itself, or in your normal gallery. The format of the downloaded videos is the universal mp4 so can be viewed and shared easily. 11. Transferring images and videos to a PC is easily done via the SD card (I find downloading to my phone then uploading just as easy). Very pleased with this purchase and recommend this camera! Only time will tell as we head into extreme summer heat.

Excellent! Helps give me coverage on all angles for my older tesla! My only complaint is it doesn't stay on when parked, so it's essentially impractical when someone tries to key your vehicle and you're unable to see who did it. However, I'm trying to figure out how to keep it on while the it's parked. Overall, very easy, clear quality and captures everything as it records 24/7.

Very easy to install and set up. The image quality is great, the front and side cameras are easy to position where you want them, even running the cable for the rear camera was a lot easier than I expected. The unit also doesn't restrict my front view. You can also switch to have any of the 4 cameras being the only one shown on the display, and for playback you can also choose which camera you want to playback. The only negative thing I would say is that on the top of the box when you open it is a card from the seller stating "This unit may have a smaller screen than the image you saw on Amazon, this is because we still have older stock available and we haven't updated the images on Amazon yet to reflect the newer, smaller screens." Well, if you have older stock with a larger screen, why didn't you send me what I thought I ordered? It's not a deal breaker, because I don't drive watching the screen, but it's just not right. Other than this slight "bait & switch" I would have given them 5 stars.

I purchased this in 2024 and for some reason the back camera fell off. I figured the company would tell me tough luck but I reached out anyway hoping they would help and that’s exactly what they did. They responded within 24 hrs and once I sent proof of purchase they shipped one out at no charge immediately at no charge. Hands down the best customer service I’ve had. I also highly recommend this product as it takes excellent videos.
