I received the storage bag today and stored our 9 foot Christmas tree in the bag. Once we lifted the bag it tore along the seam of the bag. Poorly made and not durable at all.

l have a 7' Christmas Tree, very full and flocked. The tree fit just fine in the bag, no squeezing and pushing to get the tree in. The bag is the material a ground tarp is made of, so it is heavy enough to protect the tree, but I would not throw anything on top of the bag, the tree could get damaged that way. It will definitely keep the moisture and dirt off of the tree, my tree is stored in the garage on a shelf, so until next year. I have no idea how well the bag will hold up over time, that remains to be seen. ... show more

We have a 6ft artificial tree that Hubby refused to take apart, so we ordered this bag. There is plenty of room for the tree, intact with the lights still on. The bag is supposed to accommodate up to a 9ft tree apparently, but I am wondering if that may be a very tight squeeze length wise. There is plenty of room for a fat tree in the bag, ours looks a little lost, but that is not a criticism. Now we just have to drag it up into the attic. If you have attic pull down stairs then this bag doesn't work. I got two and I am not sure I will keep the second one. I was thinking I could store all my garlands in one and the tree in the other. This bag is huge. I thought is was great until we went to move it up the attic stairs, these are the ones the fold down from the ceiling. The bag full of garland and wreaths wasn't that heavy but all the stuff went right to the bottom of the bag as we tried to get it up the stairs and then because it was a big bunch in the bottom it wouldn't go through the ceiling. If this had some support inside the bag then maybe everything would have stayed put but the way it is it might as well be a huge trash bag with everything at the bottom and nothing at the top. I am so disappointed because I was hoping this would be the end of 10 trips up and down the stairs. Now if you can store this bag on a shelf close to the ground or a spare closet then it would be great. I could just keep the bag in the attic and then put the garlands etc in it while it was up there. I don't think getting the bag down will be a problem. ... show more

Very roomy bag. Nice square profile holds its shape reasonably well when tree is in it. At first unwrap it looked like a nice sturdy and reinforced material. I had one for our old tree which was tossed out and replaced with a new tree. Should have saved the old bag. I would give four stars vs five solely on the basis of comparing to my last tree bag- that one had thenstandard handles and a longer set that allowed you to use as a shoulder sling. That was nice when lugging tree up the basement steps. Good value and arrived fast. ... show more

This fit my 9' GE artificial tree... i took care when zipping it up by laying the bag on its side when zipping. I also wrapped the whole bag with two straps to help prevent a blow out. No issues so far but this thing is a behemoth when stuffed with a 9' tree. Depending on your storage space and handling ability , you might want to consider two bags. But for what I bought it for I am pleased so far. Now to try and get this thing up into the attic !! ... show more

Looks nothing like display picture. When filled, extremely bulky and a pain to move, takes two people so you don't knock the world over on the way to storage. It does hold a lot and is extremely durable so I gave high marks for durability, but that picture is so misleading, it's more like a giant, plastic blob full of Christmas stuff, not the neat, cute, perfectly square-edged storage box in the photo. It is quite a big beast though, we stored our 7 ft pre-lit Christmas tree, including the base and plug, all of our decorations for the tree, including the ornaments in the full size box and the collectable ornaments, in their individual boxes, so it is definitely fit for the job. I just really, really wanted that cute one from the picture, so I could stand it up, neatly on the shelf, instead it takes up a corner of a spare bedroom because there is no way to smoosh it into a manageable shape for storage. ... show more

I was looking for a specific sized bag to store some outside Christmas decorations in. This bag was exactly what I needed. I was able to fit an outdoor sleigh, train set and angel in it. My husband and I are both seniors, so the handles on the sides are especially helpful so that we can lift it more easily together. It is lightweight but seems sturdy enough for our purposes.
