I read a lot of the reviews before purchasing these pants and I was hesitant about the size chart but I decided to order them in Teal. I’m 5’ 6” and I weigh 145# and usually wear a Size 8 - 10 in pants so I ordered a Large and they were way too big. I returned the Large and ordered a Medium and they fit loose but aren’t too big. These pants are very flexible and soft and the fabric is very lightweight and super stretchy. They’re so comfortable and versatile. They have a slight shimmer to them but not sparkly. The color looks exactly as pictured. You could easily size down if you wanted to as they are stretchy enough not to be tight fitting. I probably could fit in a Small but I don’t like my pants too form fitting and the Medium fits me well enough. I highly recommend these pants and will definitely order them in Plum and possibly some other colors. If you’re looking for something casually dressy, these pants are perfect. You can wear them with booties or a cute pair of Skechers and dress them up with a lightweight sweater or wear a casual top. I absolutely LOVE these pants!! I bought 3 of these for overseas travel (grey, black, and dark denim). I was taking a chance as I hadn’t had a chance to try them on. I do NOT like tight fitting clothes, so based on reviews I went with the Large. I am 5’ 2” and 128 lbs. For traveling, sitting on a plane overnight, for riding in buses, etc, they were very comfortable. They fit and wear great. Love the pockets and the belt loops. They were a little long on me, but with boots they were fine. With flats I folded the hem under and it stayed. The jeggings would get a little looser as the day wore on. When I got home I order 2 more pairs in Medium this time. They haven’t come yet, but I will review and compare the size difference. But I might only wear jeggings for the rest of my life, haha! ... show more

For work I typically wear jeans, but after having my daughter I have hated wearing jeans. I have been looking for some sort of leggings with belt hoops since I need that for work and came across these. I put them on and they are so comfy. The material is light weight and doesn't feel heavy or too much. The belt loops are great and fit my wide belt. I saw some say the pockets are small but I actually think the size of the pockets are perfectly fine as they are the same size as the pockets in my jeans. The fabric is not as thick as I would like but I still love them. the instructions say to hand was but I have put washed and dried them with no problem.
