Anyone that does a full day at Disney knows your feet the next day HaTE you. Well for me after a full Disney day the next morning can be unbearable to just stand on them. I do have foot issues though so it may not be as bad for some. However putting this on at night the next morning while I still had tired achey feet I could actually just get up and walk vs spending the first 30 minutes getting my feet to work for me. I love soaking my feet in Epson salt but it’s such a hassle to run the water add the salt, use it then dump it. This product is excellent for pain relief and definitely has a cooling and soothing effect. However, it’s goopy and messy to use. I thought it would be the consistency of a lotion or even toothpaste but it’s very watery and just not pleasant to use. I usually put down a towel, apply it and then rest my feet on the towel for a few minutes so it will dry. it has a stickiness as well so which I do not want to leave in my hands Certainly it’s easier than the whole Epson salt soak process, but not as easy to use as expected ... show more

This is a wonderful way to reduce swelling. When you, or the person you care for cannot easily soak in a tub with Epsom salts, this is amazing. Can use on feet, hands, shoulders,just wonderful product.

Ordered this to take on Disney trip and it worked like magic. Used one night and the next day my feet didn’t hurt. Perfect in case you want to skip the actual epsom salt foot soak. I used this and put socks on and went to bed. My feet felt great.

And, yes, I realize that the gunk in my bowl looks icky. But wait a minute and let me tell you what it is: An alternative use of this foot gel as a main ingredient of a paste I concocted for total, instantaneous, long-lasting relief of HEMORRHOID PAIN AND ITCH. I kid you not! This is how I made it: I squeezed this foot GEL into a dish. Then I made a thin "paste" of it by adding colloidal oatmeal and sitz bath soak powder (The oatmeal works fine by itself.) You have to kind of mess around to get a texture that will stick to the affected area. Cooling. Soothing. You just glop the paste on the affected area and leave it there! The one drawback is it is messy. I don't care. I wear loose pajama bottoms and let it be. But I am sure if you used less and wore a protective undergarment or pads, you could "wear" it to the office, and nobody would be the wiser. ... show more

Once a year I visit amusement parks in Florida, and if you've done that, you know that there's a lot of walking involved. My answer is a pair of great walking shoes and this. 2 weeks ago we averaged 10.5 miles a day in walking and my feet would have been shredded if it weren't for this product. I bought this before our family's trip to Disney World and it saved my feet. I put it on every night before I went to bed and while nothing will 100% help after walking a Disney park all day, it definitely made a difference!
