This is a good quality jewelry case. Very sturdy and carries a decent amount of jewelry. I like that the casing is hard, so that fragile items are protected well. I loved the zipper, because it ensures the case doesn’t accidentally open. Has a luxurious exterior and velvety interior. Obviously, this is too small to store an entire jewelry collection, but it is ideal, or dare I say, perfect, for travel. I removed the cushion slots that hold the rings, and so I had even more room - something to consider if you don’t anticipate filling up all the slots with rings. It is easy to use, but can be a bit on the heavy side. I didn’t mind the weight, as I wanted something solid and protective while traveling, which it more than delivered on. It's a little bigger than I thought it would be. We are going on a 7-day cruise. I want to take some different jewelry pieces, but I don't want them tangled up in a plastic bag. This should work out perfectly. It seems sturdy enough and will keep everything nicely organized.
