I ran in the rain yesterday with this thing and it held up pretty well for the most part. It was pouring and my clothes did get a little wet! A very good bag though for the price. Definitely worth the money.

    • Impressive for the money
Planned to use this as a gun range backpack. I wanted to use a backpack to free up my hands so I can carry rifle bags in both hands. When I first opened the box, I figured it was too small for my needs. As I opened the bag to test what would fit, I was amazed. I just kept finding more room. I have a ruger carbine 9mm rifle that breaks down into 2 pieces. At an angle in the bag, even that fit. I like this bag. It fits everything I need for the range, including gun cleaning kit, 400 rounds, 2 sets of hearing protection, 3 sets of shooting glasses, speed loader, full size gun cleaning kit; box laser sight batteries, magazines and I still have some room. I can not speak for it as a hiking or camping backpack but I can say the size is very deceiving in what it will hold. Impressive for the money. I'd give it a 5 but id like to see one or 2 more pockets on the outside. Other than that. I'd buy it again and recommend it. ... show more

It was exactly wat I was hoping for and then some. Things I was really happy to discover: it has two different places to secure a sleeping bag and or mat to the outside of the bag, one is located at the top of the bag and the other at the bottom. Its perfect and I'm Completely obsessed with it. now to fill it with all my survival gear. End of the world is right around the corner. lol ... show more
