Just as described , I bought the medium size but I think I should have gotten the small for my 3week old. 1.5” may not seem like a big difference but it kinda gets in the way of the chest placement of her car seat straps since she’s so small. Light pink color, super soft. The color in my picture does not do them justice, they're just like advertised. If you have a preemie like I did, I suggest buying the small ones then getting the bigger size later. If you have a tiny baby the bigger ones actually make the chest clip not be able to sit in the right place. The velcro holds perfectly and they protect the little ones neck from that mean ol' seat belt. ... show more
