I am extremely surprised at the high quality of the reviews! I purchased this blanket for my baby to prevent friction on hair. I was surprised when I received the packaging. It was stuffed into a small box. I knew from that point that it couldn’t be cozy and comfortable. When I opened the small box, I was extremely disappointed! It’s thin as paper, flimsy, and not cozy or comfortable at all! I was better off purchasing a satin/silk scarf and putting it over one of the blankets I have already. Definitely not worth the money. Should go for more like $5 at Family Dollar. I will be returning! ... show more

I had previously purchased a Hudson Baby baby blanket. My kids had something similar to the Hudson blanket made by Carter’s years ago. One side is satin and the other side is super soft material. This blanket “looked” the same in pictures, but it isn’t as nice and as quality as Hudson makes. Bummer! I will keep as a back up at my home. But, I learned my lesson. Looks can be deceiving in pictures. I can’t tell you how many Hudson blankets I have gotten over the years. A LOT! Hugely disappointed with this blanket and would not purchase again. The blanket is super thin and cheap quality material. It’s 100% polyester which I should have looked at but my mistake that I didn’t. The blue color is not the same as shown in the image- it’s a bright cheap looking blue. Right as I pulled it out of the packaging I could see strings/threads of fabric hanging off of the silk part which is a clear sign of cheap fabric. This blanket looks like it cost $2 to make and I was charged $20. Rip off. Not worth it. Not recommended. ... show more

My mom has always loved the satin on blankets. Since she was a child she would scratch and rub the satin on the edges of blankets. She was down to a scrap of satin from her last one and then lost it. I bought her two of these for Christmas and she was SO happy! She couldn’t believe the amount satin she has to scratch now lol! The package came a bit damaged . If this was meant for a gift I’d be a bit disappointed but it was for my baby. The blanket is beautiful. Not too heavy and not too thin. It’s just perfect. The material/fabric is super soft. You will not be disappointed with the feel and look of this blanket.
