I've had difficulty finding bras that fit and aren't painful. I usually wear FF or G cups and those are just not available in local stores. The fabric of the cups is only minimal stretchy - enough to compensate for my 1 size difference between sides. The seam and lace will show through thin fabrics, as will headlights. The cups have some side support and bring the ladies forward and up, but in a natural way. There are 3 columns of 3 hooks in back for stability. Wires don't gouge you anywhere - just try different sizes to make sure of the best fit for you. Band & cups are true to size. Comfortable to wear all day. I liked it so much I bought another beige and one in black. I'm new to the Prima Donna brand but am tremendously impressed so far. The best fit I've ever had in the cups. I loved the stretchy top to the cups. The band was too tight and it was very difficult to fasten the bra. But the biggest reason to return it is that the trim is very stiff and scratchy, especially just in front of the armpits. I think it would have quickly rubbed me raw if I had actually worn it.
