I actually like this magazine a lot more than I thought I would. The articles are of interest to me, they are the right level of depth for me, the layout is clean and easy to use. I don't think there are excessive ads in it. I look forward to the new magazine each month

    • Grandma was so healthy with all that exercise ... plus her health info came from Prevention mag
Pay attention to this book good info in it ... I used to read this mag at my Grandma's farm during the summer visits there during "rest time" (2-4pm)... as she called it.. A must time to nap or read for us kids... since she got up at dawn and started cooking for people. feeding animals and attending her garden and hanging out the wash ... and on and on ...and then it was time to get supper ready ...no wonder she was so healthy with all that exercise time ... and her health info came from Prevention mag... what she didn't learn from experience as a pioneer woman... she kept herself and her family healthy from many things she learned from this mag. and so have I over the years ... She is long gone, I'm 70 years old now who knows how much of that info contributed to our long ages, I suspect a lot . ... show more

I love this magazine it’s got so much information in such a little size! I try to only get it when it’s cheap like $5/yr I recommend it if you want to be informed of information on health

One of the Best Health Magazines on the Market. I always look forward to receiving this each month to find new ideas from others from the stories I read in the magazine. This inspires me. One story helped me lose weight. Lots of meal ideas. Great Magazine!!!!! AAAA+++++

Articles are short, magazines can be read quickly. Print is large for me, however when on different colored background makes it very difficult to see. Not my first choice for a magazine.
