According to the size chart, a small should have fit me. I have a 27” waist, and the size chart said size small waist measurement is 27.2-38.2. I figured that just meant it was a really stretchy waistband. However, after receiving the small, I think the larger measurement listed is actually for the hips? My hips are 38”-39” and the small was so tight around my hips. There was no extra room to allow for a loose flowy comfortable fit. I returned the small and ordered a medium, even though I wasn’t sure if that would be enough of a difference. Thankfully, it was. The medium fits perfectly. (Pictured) I chose this pattern/color because of another reviewer who mentioned this color/pattern was in fact a lightweight flowy rayon fabric, and I didn’t want the other thicker polyester fabric that some of the other reviewers received. I am super happy with the skirt now that I got a Medium. Also, I’m 5’5” and 130 lbs for reference. If you’re unsure, I would definitely size up in this color at least. I can’t say how the other fabrics and colors run, but this bright blue one runs small. UPDATE- I ordered another one in a different color. It is the different polyester type material and not the rayon like the bright blue floral one. I was going to return it, but this material actually has some perks too. It does not wrinkle like the rayon does. It is still lightweight and flowy, it’s just not going to be as breathable on hot Summer does. However, it was great for church this morning since the building is always freezing anyway. I ordered a Medium again like the last one I reviewed. ... show more

The fabric is silky blend you cannot see through, and its light weight and cool and comfortable for this hot weather. I especially love that it's Easy Care wash and tumble dry. The length is tea length ( shin) which is exactly what I wanted! I LOVE THE COLOR! I think you'll love it too! I paired it with a retro style short sleeve button up blouse with a collar!     • Skirt #1 Great! But . . .

Skirt #2 (Q white- Purple) not as great and not the same brand. So I was disappointed, needless to say. The fabric of Skirt #1 (bright blue & white, small floral print) is 100% rayon and is super soft, cool lightweight and comfy. Perfect for summer, flows when you walk and is now my favorite summer skirt. I got so many compliments when wearing it. Casual but also great to wear to dinner. It fit perfectly and I was very surprised of the comfort and quality. The blue color is vibrant and surprisingly nice. Highly recommend. I did a lot of searching before coming across these and am so glad to have found them. However Skirt #2 that is the larger floral print of purple, yellow and pink is 100% polyester. It is styled the same but is stiffer and for some reason fit slightly tighter. I haven't worn it yet but it's obvious it will not be as cool as the rayon skirt. This is very important because of the summer 🌞 heat where I live where temps soar over 100 degrees for weeks at a time with no rain 🌧️. Recommendation: Look for the skirts with the smaller print as they will more than likely be rayon. If you do order one, check the label prior to removing the tag. I love my rayon skirt, did keep the polyester skirt but definitely will wait until it cools down to wear the poly skirt. ... show more

I feel pretty in this skirt! It comes in many different prints, it’s lightweight, is very wash and wear and fits perfectly for my size/frame which is 12-14 or large. I’m 5’3” and the length is great! Pros: it's comfortable, the inner liner actually goes to my knees (I'm 5'6") so it doesn't ride up, it's thin and breathable but not see through, the print is cute and it goes with lots of colors... Cons: it's a pain to iron since it's tiered. That being said, I've only had to iron it the one time and it has held through washes as long as I hang it up pretty soon after drying. And I've only worn and washed it a few times and there are already a few holes because the stitching is coming undone. ... show more
