The hair is absolutely beautiful. It's very soft and curly and has lots of volume. The only issue that I have is with the form of the wig. The bangs are not defined and there is no order in the front of the wig it does not look like the picture as far as how the bangs hang. The top of it is a curly matted mess. It is as if they just put the hair on the cap and did not make sure that everything was cut correctly. So there really wasn't much of a bang. This was one of the worst wigs I’ve ever seen to be considered brand new. The top of it was flat not curly like the pictures show. The hair type for this wig was none I have ever seen. There was no style to it and the fibers were just wiry and unmanageable. The texture was awful. I cannot believe they sent this wig and said it was anything like the pictures. This wig is just perfect for many styles. I hate that the clip to tighten it is way too loose. It falls out before you even put the wig on. They need to correct that. I also hate that I have to cut it every time I order it. Can you guys please make it shorter but the same. It's way too much hair for me. I ordered the 1B/30. The color was perfect. The hair was soft and it was a lot of hair. But the wig did not look like the picture. I would have had to cut the wig. To style it. I was disappointed. I sent it back the same day I got it.

I first saw this wig on TikTok. A girl I follow linked it to her storefront. It looked really pretty on her and very natural so I thought I’d try it on me too. Fast forward to ordering it. It arrived in great packaging and included a few goodies including a pair of hoops. The hair is soft and I love the color however the wig could use some work: there’s only one clip in the front ( it’s the only way I was able to tell how to put it on) so i wasn’t able to secure it as much as I would’ve liked and it requires quite a bit of styling. Once it is tho you can’t tell it’s not your own hair. I’ve gotten a ton of compliments. I will be buying again ... show more

This item is a complete disaster. It looks like a mess straight out of "Holiday Heart" with Wanda's style gone horribly wrong. It's absolutely terrible and nothing like the picture. This is a total fail. I'm beyond pissed and extremely disappointed.
