It works, it looks fine, its a dressor. If you are in college, living in an apartment in the city, or have absolutely no time on your hands I can see getting one of these... as long as you have about 3 hours to put it together -- and I say that being a craftsman who does everything from blacksmithing/armor smithing, leatherwork, and EVEN some carpentry. Carpentry you say? Why on Earth would you buy this excessivly heavy pain of particle board then? I'm knee deep in projects for clients and don't have the time to put together something for myself and I badly needed to free up space in my closet. So how about the review? If you owned legos as a kid you should have no problem putting this together. I did the entier project with a wretcheting screwdrive (wrench style, not the straight up and down "classic" screwdriver style). You can put most of the pieces in place with a little effort or by putting the pieces of "wood" together and smacking them with your palms. Of course you need to be incredibly careful as this is ALL particle board and thus will crumble and crack and fall to pieces if you so much as look at it wrong. This is why I would reccomend to anyone to just subtract a few hours of [insert streaming service here] time from your week, read an article online about how to DIY, and get too it. Of course Amazon should have no problem with this reccomendation as you will probably buy the tools you need from them anyway. Okay, it's crappy material, but it works well and still looks nice so you are going to buy it. What do you need to know? - Nothing is labled. This isn't a huge problem for MOST of the parts because they are pretty easy to make out with those wonderful peepers of yours. The part where you will get into a bit of trouble is with the little locking screw things. There are two different sizes the look almost exactly the same unless you put them next to eachother and of course they are all mixed up in a bag together with some pegs, nails and screws. Otherwise, look at the pictures and you will figure it out! - Unless you are really careful I don't reccomend using a screw gun to put most of the parts in place. Even though the holes are piloted they are often too small, so if you accidently put something in at an angle or try and screw it too fast you will tear up the particle board (you will probably do this a bit anyway. -The back doesn't have any finish on it so you have to put it up against a wall. Most people do anyway, but if you have a large room you want to divide up by running furnature across the center, this piece isn't going to work for that for this and the following reason. -Weight is not evenly distributed. It's top heavy - which is pretty dangerous if you don't do something about that. Hey American's (PSA) did you know you are statistically more likely to be crushed to death by your own furnature than to be killed by a terrorist (forgien or domestic)? They do give you ties and instructions on how to attach this to the studs in your walls. Since you will want to do that, you should probably also learn how to repair the drywall when you get ready to move... unless you own the place... in which my previous statement about building a lumber dressor stands. - They give you a marker... Since it is particle board the "wood" look "finish" on the outside is some kind of laminate nonsense that could easily scratch if you brush up against it with your lawnmower, practice HEMA in your bedroom, or are dating Edward Scissorhands, so they give you this cute little brown marker to touch up those horrible scratches that will inevitably show up. It's sort of a light mud brown which doesn't really match the finish but I suppose it will make your brain less likely to notice minor scratches than the unclored reflective scratches that might have developed during the shipping process (what this is actually meant for). Though if you recieve a damaged product you should totally just send it back! Final thoughts: - Is it a fine product if you can't/don't have the time to make one? Totally! - Is it quality furnature? Umm, no. Questions for mass manufacturers of these types of products: What is the most stable and highly saught after style of furnature in the world? Jointed wood furnature. How many materials are involved in jointed wood construction? 1? Really? Just wood? Why are people not selling jointed furnature kits!! ... show more

  • Looks great, you get what you pay for
Color: Cherry Pattern Name: Chest
1- The box is heavy and very hard to handle by 1 person. I did all the work myself but the furniture with the drawers in is heavy for one person to move it around 2- Some scratches on the visible parts.... :( 3- Some parts had glue from packing, and I had to sand it off a little bit. 4- Pay close attention to the instructions and please get power tools, it makes your life easier!!! Otherwise you will end up with blisters. 5- Be ready to swipe the floor or vacuum, I recommend doing it out of a carpeted room. 6- Please slash the boxes when finished!!! Be a good Scout!!! 7- Drawers are a little flimsy but I can live with that. The furniture is solid, I would buy another one if I have to and it looks expensive once you set it up. I hope this adds value to your buying decision. ... show more

  • Careful with inserting the wooden pegs
Color: Drifted Gray Pattern Name: Chest
I’m fairly capable with my hands. The particle board gave way quite easily when tapping in the wooden pegs. Also missing a couple of pieces of assembly hardware. Fortunately, I had extras in my garage work area. Seems to be working fine, so far.

  • Good dresser.
Color: Cherry Pattern Name: Chest
One of the better manufacturers wood products. Arrived with the lower trim piece broken. Customer service was great, promptly sent a replacement. Drawer height and width is fine but depth is lacking.

  • Looks great but small drawers
Color: Black Pattern Name: Chest
Took me at least three hours to put together. There is a you tube video that was helpful. The drawers are small but it looks nice.

  • Good for the price
Color: White Pattern Name: Chest
A decent dresser that looks pretty good considering the price. The drawers are a little more loose that I’d hoped for but not a deal breaker. The coat of paint is a little thin so be careful while building and be patient as there are lots of pieces here to assemble.

  • Good

MY FEEDBACK After I started to store my clothes I noticed the drawers didnt fit as much as I expected! There was a gap between the drawer and back. Why? This is my 2nd time with this problem of short drawers from different manufacturers. It took me 4h with an electric screwdriver. GOOD Easy instructions Metal knobs Good customer service response to a missing part and a drawer side with misaligned holes BAD Approx 2 inch shorter drawers than the length of the frame that decreases storage Front of the the drawer is made from MDF No bottom Rough edge around the chest top Top backing was smaller than the open area at the sides Wood grains show below paint SUGGESTIONS Make the width of the chest deeper by 2 inches. Its unnoticeable and for increased storage. Will it be significant? Replace short drawers with longer drawers to fit the full depth Replace the front of the drawer made from MDF to real wood. It would decrease the tipping risk. Add a bottom to keep insects out Predrill or mark holes in the top backing for fast installation. I had to calculate, measure, and label mine to tap in the nails equidistant from each other, and at the middle of the frame. Or better add another piece of wood to match the other 2 panels. Opaque paint TIP No labels on the parts but its intuitive with the instruction manual: It will tell you to start with the sides so theyre the longest parts. The remaining parts are easy to locate for the frame, and the drawers are labelled L & R. They sorted the hardware - cams, screws, etc in separate bags and are color coated. ... show more
