  • Trustworthy company, you get exactly what they advertise
A nice variety of currencies, I bought two half pound pouches and got about forty countries. Mostly coins older than 1960s, several were late 19th century. A few fairly rare ones. A quick tally showed the total value to be about $80 and I paid $46 or so for the amount I got. I wouldn't expect that to happen again as I found a single coin that goes for $62. But if it happened once, it might happen again. Most importantly, for a coin need like myself it is a lot of fun to dig through them and look them up ... show more

  • Coins from around the world! Some rare!
This package of coins is totally worth your effort of buying. I not only got cool coins from around the world, but I got some very rare coins as well! It was exciting for a coin collector to see what I got! Amazon thank you! It was way worth the money, I'm so glad I bought a second batch as well. God bless Amazon! ... show more

  • A nice selection for a beginner
A nice collection good for a beginner. There was an average selection and in good condition the dates varies from the late 1950’s to the 2020’s. I personally found the coins interesting and it saved me the time to go to a local flea market to pick them up. All of the coins were in good condition and not too many duplicates (varied in different years). A good gift for the beginner collector. ... show more

  • No silver coin
First, the ad claimed there would be a silver coin and there was not, that was disappointing. Second, the coins I received were pretty neat and some very old coins! I appreciated that the majority of them were not from the 1980s to early 2000. One coin was from 1869 and quit a few from early 1900s. So that was really good, but I was looking forward to getting a mystery silver coin so that was pretty disappointing. ... show more

  • A Lot of Fun
I am very happy with my set of coins. It is worth noting that serious numismatists or those looking for resale value will probably not be interested. Me, I just like to collect coins from different nations and especially to have currency that is no longer in existence (e.g. replaced by Euro, nation no longer exists, etc.). This lot did not disappoint. I got a total of 57 coins from 28 unique countries (29 if you count West Germany different from Germany), with all six populated continents represented. The overwhelming majority came from Europe with the UK, Italy, and France having the most. Very few from Asia and only one from Africa. The oldest coin was 1930, and the newest was 2015, but those were outliers. The average year was 1973, with a median of 1971 and a mode of both 1967 and 1969. If I had to guess, the coins were mostly XF-VF with a couple looking AU, so overall good quality. I was especially excited to receive a Reichspfennig from 1930 Germany, a Kopek from the CCCP, and a penny from Malaya and British Borneo. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased, and I will definitely be ordering this again to see what surprises another bag will hold! ... show more
