I love how breezy and airy this shirt is- I'm a massage therapist so I get sweaty. I am a size medium sometimes a size small and I ordered a size 6. It fits all right, but I'm ordering another in a size 4. It is nice that it is a straight cut down the sides so if I ate too much bread for dinner it doesn't show my protruding tummy. If the size 4 is too small when it comes I will just keep the 6 and have to alter the armpits to be a little tighter so it is more fitted and cute. I purchased this item as a test/sample to gain uniforms for my massage studio. Based on others feedback for this item, I did purchase it a size bigger. I figured if it didn't fit myself, it would certainly fit my partner. However it did not fit either. For myself it was a bit bigger than I imagined it to be. I didn't like how baggy in the neck area it is. When I bent over I felt like clients could look directly down my top. If not for this I personally wouldn't have mind the extra room it had. It was a little too small - I would suggest ordered one size larger than you generally wear. I loved the style of the front of the shirt, but there was a very odd pleat in the upper back area, between the shoulder blades that would poof out and make it look like you have a hunch back whenever you move in it. I decided not to keep it, even though I loved the front of it. I can say the material and sewing was high quality and I hope to see this manufacturer make some slight changes to the design. Absolutely gorgeous! Smart and flattering fit- I ordered a us 4 (am a size 8 or xs) and it fits perfectly although if you like them tight and don't have a large chest then possibly a size down?
