While the banner looks great once hung, it took some effort to adjust the letters. Also, the letters don't hang properly if you don't hang on a flat surface. I hung mine in front of windows, so some letters faced in different directions.

Very hard to untangle . No directions . Discarded first one , second one as difficult. Perhaps needs two persons to work on it.
