I bought this item at Costco about 2 years ago for around $100 and have only used my oven once since on Thanksgiving. My old one finally died and so I ordered this one. It does everything you could possibly want. It toasts, it bakes, it grills, and it is an awesome air fryer. I have cooked whole chickens regularly and they come out like the most delicious rotisserie chicken. It was windy and raining one day so I grilled two NY strip steaks to perfection. I have not used my grill for steaks since. Items like mini egg rolls and veggie bites come out moist in the middle and super crunchy on the outside. This product is truly amazing. ... show more

this is the best and most even temperatured toaster oven i have ever had. I've had a string of bad toasters over the years and finally I've got a good one in this toaster. It air fries beautifully and fast it bskes very very evenly and fast so far everything I've cooked comes out perfect. I love the light inside so I can see, it cleans easy and its easy to operate. I love watching it cook, things brown outside really fast then the inside starts to cook,if u bake at 375 usually then turn it down to 350, everything will need less time and a lower degree than wut ur used to except if ur grilling on the grill pan. Make sure u have ur racks at the right level for wutever ur doing and I'll be fine. This is the best combo cooking device I have ever used and u won't be disappointed. cleaning is not as easy when it comes to the sides where the fan is, once clean I notice that is getting rusty inside on the back panel. We use it almost daily.

    • What a waste of money
**UPDATE 11/6/2021- I cannot use the grill function, it smokes so bad it has set off 2 smoke alarms, couldnt finish the meat, I have a fan in the window to pull the smoke out. You cannot thoroughly clean this thing because of the way the heating elements are, also, the grease bakes on, it smokes even after it hardens. This is the worst appliance I have ever bought. DON'T waste your money. Seriously, I am so disappointed with this. I could use it outside but it would be inconvenient. ORIGINAL COMMENT: It's impossible to get grease spatter off the inside because it bakes it on. Using the grill is very flavorful but smokes from the baked on grease and new grease. Toasts bread and bagels very good. The crisper basket does great. Cooking more than one food means you set a separate timer for food that requires less time. I was not aware of this factoid- you can use ovenware made of glass and stone you just have to adjust the temperature of the oven to the temp the bowl, casserole dish or plate can withstand. Since learning this, I can heat up soup and leftovers. It wont pop popcorn in a bag because it burns. If you were able to clean it better so it doesnt smoke it would be 5 stars. My smoke detectors go off everytime I grill. The pans, grill, basket and griddle all go in the dishwasher. The drip pan can too but it has hardened baked on grease that will not come off. The kids are not used to the knobs but we are getting better. Replaced my microwave and toaster with this appliance. Doesnt take a lot of counter space. I recommend it but the smoking and cleaning are drawbacks. ... show more

We have comparison shopped around for an air fryer -oven for ages. This Power XL is more than we expected! The rectangular shape (as opposed to other 'R2D2" -beehive shaped air fryers) fits snugly and perfectly on the kitchen counter. This has replaced our old large toaster oven. The function settings are numerous: grill, air fry, bake, rotisserie, broil... Pizza! It's fun to use... not to forget healthy! Foods cooked on the air fry function, such as french fries and chicken tenders - which we usually would use the deep fryer for - come out crispy and not oily. We love it!! My husband says we should now throw away the regular oven... but we'll keep that for big roasts and Thanksgiving turkey since they won't fit in our air fryer. Super easy to clean. Yu may need to soak the grill shelf to get the gooey pieces off -not a problem, it's Teflon coated so even hard crusty things come off nicely! Best air fryer oven ever!! ... show more

    • BEST Customer Service - PowerXL Air Fryer Grill (Innovation IQ)
Hello! Purchased the Air Fryer in July 2020 and immediately loved it, used it everyday. A few weeks ago we noticed an unusual odor and stopped using it. We were meticulous about keeping it clean, we felt it was something with the wiring of the unit (just a guess, we have no idea). I wrote to the Seller (Innovation IQ) to explain the situation (had no expectations as we were outside of the "return" window and wasn't even sure if I would receive a response). Not only did I receive a response, the Seller responded kindly and promptly sent a replacement unit (received it in a few days!)! I was so amazed at the customer service I had to write about it. We are now using our replacement air fryer and so far, the only odor is that of great food cooking! Thank you Innovation IQ, you're amazing and I'm a huge fan! ... show more
