  • Occupies my 12 year old
Easy to use and encourages building new planes to attach it to. Little fragile though and rwc mend using on grass and when there is little to no wind.

  • Good luck
We could never figure out how to fold the plane to use this, but the motor is fun and seems fairly powerful. However, we were never able to fly anything.

  • Gift for 5 yr old
Wanted to buy a gift for a 5 yr old. Nothing with batteties, but something fun to do outside. Use any scrap paper from s hool to make paper airplanes, attach this du-hicky, and watch er fly.

  • Brrrrr!!
Got this item quickly. Box came undamaged. Product as described. This was a gift for my 23 year old, on the spectrum, son, so would be great for all ages, id say. As for testing it out we have yet been able to do that successfully. Our region has come into a cold snap this winter that seems to be lingering. Box said it won't fly below °45F which is our normal daytime Temps but it has yet to come close since he opened it on Christmas. I hear it may happen this weekend idk. What we Have been able to accomplish shows it's pretty durable. The charge is only 20 seconds but it only takes 10 to power it back up. It does not run on a battery to keep it light. You have to keep tweaking your airplane to get it to fly straight so don't give up. If weather permits I'll update my review in a few days or so. Fingers crossed🤞 ... show more

  • Powered airplane for kids?
The kids were interested in folding the paper, attaching the motor but the airplane flew several times under control. The airplane suddenly flew up on the roof of a two story house. Disappointing. We did get the airplane back when the wind blew it off.

  • Easy
The construction and design of this were exactly as I expected. Found that using regular paper presented a bit of a challenge of supporting the device but even just upgrading to construction paper made a big difference.

  • This thing is a gas and made a middle aged man feel like 9 years old again
What an incredible toy! As a pilot and a lover of all things related to aeronautics this little gizmo fired up all of my cylinders. Couple of pieces of advice; number one spend the time making the paper airplane, cut out the control surfaces (tail/ruder and elevators). Fine tune in little wind with the unit on the plane but not powered. Secondly, and this was my initial mistake...Use fresh batteries. Enjoy! ... show more

  • The performance is a little underwhelming
This is a fun little toy to add some flair to paper airplanes. It is simple, and comes with directions on how to make some compatible paper airplanes. This being said, it was rather heavy and the paper airplanes didn't fly well at all - usually just straight to the earth. What this really needs is some way to control it (which I believe is a product that is offered by this same company. I would recommend checking that one out compared to this one. ... show more
