    • Works well for older people. Machine not too heavy to lift.
I am pleasantly surprised. I didn't expect it to work. I am an active 66 years old. I read the nasty review from a young person, and was hesitant at first. But am I glad I didn't listen to that review. I can't speak for younger users, but I think for older people, it is a miracle. My thighs and hips were bothering me from stiffness, and inflammation. I started slowly on the machine. A little bit every day (2x a day). After a week, my hips now feel strong. The pain seems to have disappeared. I feel strong enough to go walking through the neighborhood at a good pace in the morning. What can I say, but I am so happy with my purchase. Don't listen to that nasty review, especially if you are older. It has improved my legs and my feet, strengthened my arms, and my entire core. I wasn't looking to lose weight necessarily, but I have firmed up and toned, and slimmed in my middle. The instructions say 3x a week. But I've done it every day. Not the full 10 minutes as suggested. I worked up to doing 10 minutes, twice a day. The first time, you will feel it awakening dormant hip and buttock muscles, like an itching sensation. But it goes away after you keep doing it, and the body gets stronger. I can do the full 10 minutes now. It's progressive. I am happy they discovered this new way of healing and working the body. And, it's EASY to store, and put away. The machine itself is like a scale, doesn't take up much space. Weighs about 8 or 10 lbs to lift. I didn't want anything to heavy to carry from room to room.     • Great way to exercise!
I did some research on this before purchasing it. The board works really well so far. I use it 10 minutes a day 4 times a week. You can feel your muscles working while using it. I feel the difference in my legs and other muscles. There a few small things I don't like. I can only adjust time and speed while it is vibrating so that was a little disappointing. The remote does not work all the great. It is great for turning on but to go up and down on the time or speed , it does not work. Not really all that important though to me. It might bother some else. I did not know they had a model with wheels and a handle or I would have gotten that one. I am happy with my purchase so far. I hope it continues to work. ... show more

This is not for weight loss. NOT FOR LOSING WEIGHT. Now that I have said that. I bought this as a gift for my 60+ year mother. This machine has helped her so much to have longer stamina for walking and being able to not get tired easily. It has also helped her with her balance. From time to time I use it myself (usually after work) helps tremendously with my tired feet/legs. I work 8+ hours walking/standing so at the end of the day my feet/legs are killing me BUT this machine really does take that pain away. If your looking to buy this for weight loss I wouldn’t recommend. But if you are just trying to take some pain off of your feet/ legs or have better stamina and balance this is it. It might work for weight loss if your on a regular diet and doing other physical work outs but if your intentions are to buy this just because you saw it on TV to lose weight it will disappoint your expectations. This is honestly the best gift your can give someone who wants to work on having longer stamina and relieving pain from the feet/legs. ... show more

    • The power fit elite can mean different things for exercise....
I like the power fit elite. I noticed right away that it can mean a warm up routine, a new beginning routine, a challenge or a maintenance routine. I began with the intermediate setting P2 and within 3 days I was thinking I could go to the advanced setting. I am doing the exercises in the accompanied booklet for more challenge. I like the ability to challenge myself more on some days and go easy on other days. The unit is sturdy. The Resistance Bands are okay. I like a little tighter resistance but if someone is just starting a routine these are definitely good enough. I am not crazy about the connection of the plug to the unit. It doesn't seem to have a tight fit. The diet plan book is 50/50. I like that the power fit elite is portable. It's a win win for me . I'm glad I bought it. ... show more

    • Love this machine!
For me, this machine is really helping me with balance! I love the way you can adjust the vibration levels, and I feel it helps with the lymphatic system and osteoporosis. I am supposed to walk to help strengthen my bones, however it hurts my back, so using this machine for 10 minutes a day to simulate walking, jogging or running is perfect for me. I am in my late 60's, and it really gets the blood moving, I feel energized after a session. I do have to say since I have had balance problems all of my life, I place the machine where I can hold on to something such as a grab bar or a counter if I need to , all in all I am very happy with this purchase! ... show more
