  • Smaller that the usual controller
Color: Mario Medley
Love the graphics but! the controller although in the box sealed (collectible) look small compared to all the other controllers I have bought for my Nintendo switch's. Makes me wonder how it would feel to use it on a switch game..🙂✌

  • almost perfect
Color: Animal Crossing: Hello Tom Nook
Out of many third party controllers, this one had some of the best action buttons I've felt. Unfortunately this controller wouldn't connect to my PC like the other Switch controllers I've used. Also I kind of feel like the right D-Pad direction was sometimes missing my input. Something seems loose about the D-pad... But in terms of size and feel of the controller I really liked it. If they can make the action buttons (x,y,b,a) a little softer to press (this goes for almost every third party controller I've tried), give it PC connectivity like other switch controllers I would have kept it. ... show more

  • Nano sized Switch controller featuring Toon link!? What else could you ask for!!! 5⭐️
Color: Toon Link
Look, I knew I was gonna love this controller from the moment I saw the look of it. It’s pretty much a mini sized Nintendo switch Pro controller with Toon link and an awesome green color!! So knew I was love it, I love Zelda! But the quality and responsiveness of the controller really earns it the five stars. I usually don’t opt for wired controllers but I can’t stop using this one. PowerA makes really nice affordable alternative option controllers and is officially licensed by Nintendo so that speaks volumes about their quality. The controller itself is about 30% smaller than the regular switch pro controller, see my images for a size comparison. It feels great in the hands though it is not cramped at all, don’t think the fit is better per say than the regular sized switch pro controller, but there’s a trade off for portability here and it’s worth it, the controller feels great in the hand. I have mid sized hands for reference. The toon link graphic is super high quality and the finish on the controller is great too, it’s a smooth plastic feel. The cable is around 8 feet long and I can play comfortably on my bed which is close to my switch, cable is detachable which is great so you could get a longer micro usb cable if you wanted no issues there. The cable does have a special notched design that holds the controller firmly which is a nice touch but keep that in mind if you want to replace the cable. Also, the controller comes really well packaged in an awesome looking box. The only minor gripes I have with this controller is for one the weight, and two the micro usb. Just wish this would be USB C, why not make the jump with a new product like this. And the weight feels a bit too light, like you are holding a toy, maybe good for kids but just feels a bit too light for my liking. Not enough negatives to dock a star though. Clickiness and responsiveness of the controller is awesome too, no issues with unregistered clicks. Buttons and d-pad are a membrane style, so make sure you press the d-pad firmly or you can get in and out button registering, this is really the case with any membrane d-pad. Amazing controller overall! Highly recommend this nano controller if you want a smaller lighter controller with more portability and are okay with the wire. Or would be great for a kid. Great value here as well at the price it’s a steal. ... show more

  • So much better than joycons
Color: Toon Link
This feels miles better than using the Joycons in my opinion, can't believe I went as long as I did without a traditional controller for my Switch.

  • Comparing Power A Wired Switch Controllers
Color: Toon Link
Power A released a new Zelda wired "Nano" controller. I already owned a different Power A wired Switch Zelda controller that works well. This new one is labeled Nano due to being more compact in size. The Nano uses the same buttons as the previous Power A wired Switch controllers. The USB port on the controller is still a USB Micro with a USB A end on the side you plug into your Switch dock. There is no USB C cable for plugging into a Switch Lite, so it requires the Switch dock or some other adapter that may be out there. When using the controller with a Switch dock I had no issues with it being detected. I also plugged it into a PC running Windows 10 and tested it with some emulators. The Nano controller's buttons feel just as responsive as the previous Power A wired Switch controller. The difference between the two controllers comes down to size. The Nano controller feels similar to the regular Power A wired Switch controller, but it is definitely not for those with big hands. I have normal sized adult hands and when holding the controller my grip is much closer together. Both controllers are a bit on the lighter side. There are no rumble motors to provide feedback. In my opinion I think the Nano controller is pretty great, but it's not going to be for everyone due to hand size. My 9 year old says it's his size and that he will be using it in Mario Kart. ... show more

  • Feels comfortable in my hands
Color: Toon Link
This controller is really nice and I love the little Link pictured on it. It responds well without any issues and holds a very good charge. I love how comfortable it feels in my hands, too - all the controls are within reach without being too squished.

  • Nano=small, micro-USB, fewer features
Color: Toon Link
I acquired this nano controller through Vine. I was interested in the product for use on my Nintendo Switch, and for the Young Link design. I honestly wasn't aware of what Nano meant until I opened the package. It is smaller than the, I guess traditional wired controller of the same brand. It does not have a port for headphones, which isn't necessarily a deal breaker if you don't need one. What I find odd is this controller does not have a USB-C port for the wire, but rather a micro USB. Now I have to keep track of which controller wires are USB-C and which are micro USB. I can do without the headphone jack and even without the buttons on the back. The micro USB port is annoying. ... show more

  • Good and compact wired controller
Color: Toon Link
Not typically a fan of wired controllers, but this one is really neat. The cord is 8ft, the Toon Link design is super cute (especially as a big time Wind Waker fan here), love that the controller is smaller and lighter BUT the buttons are normal sized -- for an aging gamer, this is perfect. I'll definitely be using this often, but it does feel a tad flimsy, so I am worried about its long-term life. Additionally, didn't notice it a ton, but here and there I felt as though the button input was not 100%. ... show more
