The pros are very good but here are my cons. Cons: Although it was packaged very well, and the instructions were easy. The fitment was off in places. Everything was pre-drilled and counter-sunk. I had to fill some of the holes with wood filler and re-drill a few holes. For example 2 of the boards "if I use the pre-drilled hole would have stuck out past the back and making it impossible to attach the back plate. Also the slots are a little small "narrow" in width. Meaning that some hand tools will not fit. My Ryobi pistol grip 18v air pump will not fit. Some of the edges "after assembly" need work like sanding. A LOT OF SANDING! They were off alignment by at least 3/8". I have wood working exuberance so no bid deal for me. I added a pic to show size and roominess. To give you an idea of what you can store. Final thought. The pieces are a little janky, but I used glue and some patience to assemble it, lining it up at I sltightened the screws, and it turned out great. Much nicer than a metal rack. Wood is nice quality. No need to paint.

If I could give this 10 stars I would. The holes all lined up perfectly. It is real wood pieces. Not particle board. But it's wood that's been bonded together. However do not like that discourage you. This item is very well built and great quality. This is an honest review and I paid full price for this item. I would have loved for it to cost less but again once you see the quality of this product and ease of assembly you will forget about the price. My advice is pat close attention to the pictures because none of my boards were numbered or labeled at all. But again this is an easy build. The only difference I found was that the holes to mount it to the wall were not counter sunk on my unit (see pictures I posted) but that's not a big deal and I can counter sink them if I choose when I mount it. Plus side is they give you some extra screws incase you break or lose 1. Mine had 5 extra assembly screws and 2 extra mounting screws and 2 extra dry wall anchors. Perfect gift for any guy or gal that likes to be organized and wants a shelf to hold their power tools and batteries to charge. ... show more

I installed my cabinet today. Easy to assemble, however there could be a part number on the pieces, along with direction (top - bottom) to make the assembly even easier. Sturdy and looks great. It really made my work bench good and well organized.

    • I really want to LOVE this...but instead I really LIKE it!

Essentially, this thing is great. The wood isn't super cheap board that will fall apart if it gets wet. The finish is nice. They though to cut out a spot for the cord if you put a power outlet on it. They provide more than enough screws AND pre-drilled holes for each of the boards. ALL POSITIVES The negs: 1. The boards, while being labeled, are labeled on ONE item. If there are multiple, you are supposed to realize they are all a LETTER G or LETTER D...etc. This isn't a bad thing if you do a lot of your own work (which I do). 2. The directions SUCK! But again, if you build enough stuff, it is fairly intuitive. 3. A set of holes should be used on a horizontal board PRIOR to screwing the vertical together. Not a really big deal, but just awkward when you realize you have to turn the thing sideways and hold your drill at an angle to get the screws in. Yes, you could use a screwdriver...but uh, I have power tools so why would I not use those? Anyway, overall, this is a 5. But if without the above caveats, it is a 4.5. Yes, I'd buy another one. I do like it overall and may in fact have need for another. If I do, I'll come back and order another. ... show more
