First of all, shipping was fast and all boxes came in at the same time. It is recommended two people assemble it but I was inpatient and built it solo. A few steps would've definitely been easier with two people but I got it together in about 5 hours with some breaks in between. I use it everyday and it comes with enough stuff to hit every major muscle group. With a couple attachments you have a full gym. For the price, it's a great value. If you are thinking about this just go ahead and do it, you won't be disappointed. I'm more motivated to work out than I ever have been just because of this. So go for it!
