After returning 2 other units, where in both cases the temperature inside the tent would only reach mid 90s on high, and one of the units was leaking at the top of the steaming unit, this one l have now is the real deal!!. The temperature inside the tent reaches 116 degrees on high, heats up quickly, and holds the heat much better.than the other two. This thing gets way hotter, I now have to use a lower heat setting, and the temperature still reaches 110-112 degrees. The only issue is the zipper on the entrance door is a little quirky on one of the bends, have to be a little gingerly opening it because it seems like it could rip or give out if pulled too hard. The last and probably best pro is that this unit was priced $45 less than the others. Very happy with the unit, hopefully it holds up over time… ... show more

This portable steam sauna is great for the price, but there are a few quirks to be aware of. Pros: Heats up incredibly fast. Very easy to assemble—just start at the top when putting the cover on if you're shorter, and even consider laying it down for convenience. Love the option to add herbs! I used a shower steamer tab, and it was very effective (a small piece is more than enough). It worked wonders for my congestion and left my skin feeling hydrated. Cons: The zippers can be finicky, so handle them gently. The chair included is ridiculously tiny, almost child-sized, so plan to upgrade if comfort is a priority. Tips: If you're not using herbs, you'll still need to attach the herb holder and hose to avoid getting burned by the direct steam. Alternatively, you can stand back to let the steam circulate better. Hose quality seems fine for now, just don’t mess with it after it’s on Overall, it's simple, efficient, and delivers a spa-like experience at home with some minor adjustments! ... show more

the covering is cheap, the zippers separate from the seams, and obviously then the steam wont stay in. they will let you return it for a refund but not in any of the easy amazon return ways, youll probably have to but a $20 ups box to return it. and youll need to be able to print a label or pay for one. the sauna covering also has a really strong smell that is not pleasant. ... show more

It was relatively easy to put together. Didn't want to work at first and had to take the steamer back apart and finally got it to steam. Plus, it didn't come with the remote like it stated it had. Used it 1 time so far so we will see if works again later.
