Single guy in rv life and this works great! Can do supper dishes easier now. I do not wash my pans in it but silverware glasses bowls and plates come out sparkling clean and uses less water than filling the sink. Love that a couple pitchers of water loaded through the top and it’s good to go! Sits on the counter till I upgrade my trailer to a new model with built in. ... show more

Pros: Minimal Water Usage. Easy to operate right out of the box. Lightweight. Low power usage (880-900 watts when heating water, 40 - 60 watts when running and not heating water). Easy to fill. Buttons are sensitive and responsive. Has upper and lower water spinner arms that rotate. Has interior light that automatically turns on when door opens. Drain hose and electrical plug are long and reach to my sink. Has a top mounted manual water fill opening that is easy to open and use. Could be installed under the counter, but then you wouldn't be able to use the manual water fill. Though, you could probably get creative with this. Overall quality of product seems durable, pleasant design and color. Comes with water pitcher, fruit basket, dishes rack with utensils and cup rack, water hose, drain hose, and very clear and easy to understand instructions. Customer service is Top Quality, Quick to respond, fair and reasonable. Their repair and refund policy is above and beyond expectations. Cons: No top rack option, but to be fair it would need to be a bit taller for that. The light doesn't have an on/off option. Which is nice to have since you could watch it and be sure it's functioning properly. Doesn't have a way to adjust the temperature for the cycles. Doesn't have enough water power when washing heavily soiled dishes. But perhaps with a different detergents this would help. Overall I am pleased with the ease of use and manual water filling option. While I did have some issues with the digital display and the upper washing arm, on my first unit, the company resolved this by sending me a whole new unit at no cost to me. When I called the company and explained the situation, they decided to replace the entire unit immediately and did not require me to send the original one back. All they asked was I send them a video of the unit and tried troubleshooting it with me first to no avail. While the original unit does work, I have to open the door and manually spin the arm several times to get it going, and the timer display doesn't show the numbers of how much time is left properly. The company did send me a replacement. I expect it will work properly and look forward to using it. I am pleased with the unit and would recommend this company and this product to others. ... show more

3 of my 11" plates and a couple bowls fits well. They come out squeaky clean with very little dawn platinum liquid soap. The first use i filled the soap spot full,that was a mistake. I like every thing about this washer. The only thing i dont like is how high the cup holder is, my one cup coffee cup doesnt fit on the shelf so i use the rack for my knifes. The media could not be loaded. That it's versatile machine with good power to do a job well worth the money. I've been a chef for 15 years and love this at my place it's compact and also off grid capability is awesome for Hunting and Fishing trips .

    • This is a long one.
I just received my new dishwasher today. Very quick delivery, very well packaged. I had to do a test run immediately of course. It’s been years since I actually had any type of automatic dishwasher other than myself or my husband. It certainly is portable. I don’t have the cart it will be sitting on put together yet so I improvised. Grabbed my giant carving board set it on top of the box my china came in & set it on top of that. Grabbed my 5 gal bucket for the drain hose and started filling up the water tank with the pitcher it came with. I had it sitting just in between my kitchen and living room for the closest electrical receptacle. I started out with a normal wash cycle. I put my very small cutting board, 4 coffee mugs(10oz), 3 very small cat dishes, (about the size of ramekins), a few cooking nylon utensils a couple of stainless steel were put in there as well. Not big utensils, about medium size. Very few pieces of silverware because the silverware rack is just about useless unless all you use are chopsticks. You can pop the top of it off but the all the silverware just bunches up together. 69 mins for wash and rinse. Do not put too much soap in. I made that mistake. Soap residue on everything. Very little goes a long way with this machine. I didn’t use the dry cycle yet. Didn’t really need to. Once it was done I opened the door and anything glass or ceramic dried almost instantly. Dishes were very hot to the touch. Not a bad thing imho. So that’s all good. Oh and no leaks anywhere. The not so good is what should have been an extremely simple setup turned into a trip to the hardware store for a new hose clamp for the drain hose. The one that came with it was junk. It wouldn’t tighten for anything. After 25mins of trying went and bought a new one and took less than 30secs to tighten it. The other thing I’m not really fond of is you have to pour the water into the tank very slowly or it will splash all over the place. That’s a minor issue but still annoying if you’re trying to hurry. Then the issue with the silverware rack. Pretty unusable. Even my dinner knives wouldn’t fit upside down in any of the holes. So if you have really skinny silverware or use only chopsticks it’s all good. If you have large coffee mugs like we do don’t try to use the side top rack. Even the mugs that came with my Corelle set were too tall for the rack to slide in. I put some cooking utensils on that for washing and that worked ok. All in all it’s not a bad little machine but if you have larger soup/salad bowls or chunky silverware, which don’t have to be that chunky to be honest, it will be a puzzle. You will be doing at least a couple of little loads. The silverware rack is my biggest complaint because those are the one things I hate washing the most. The upside is it does get dishes clean. It has it’s own heating element and it works very well. It does come with a hose to hook up to your sink but you will more than likely need an adapter. I would also recommend a different hose clamp for the drain hose. Only cost $1.53 for a good one. Would I recommend this product? Probably but only to people who don’t cook much and have small silverware and small coffee cups. ... show more
