I purchased model #PPHP101WMB with the 2 wireless microphones. Immediately I noticed that the sound quality is not very good. It’s gets pretty loud but not the clearest sound with Bluetooth or with a hard connection. Also, it obviously doesn’t last very long. I purchased in September 2023 and one of the microphones is no longer working in May 2024 and I have only used the system a total of four times. Lastly, it has interference from other Bluetooth users in the area...really weird and creepy. Do not purchase if you can help it! ... show more

When I took this out of the box, I thought I’m returning this immediately. It’s small and cheaply made and super light weight making me question why they added a handle and wheels… I purchased mostly because of the two wireless microphones (also super cheaply made). Decided to give it a chance and took it to our campground / seasonal site to try out. I really like that it is rechargeable for portability and connecting to Bluetooth is easy. The Bluetooth range isn’t great but for karaoke you need to be close anyway. Disappointed it did not come with batteries but no biggie. The microphones work very well and the adjustability of sound for each are really easy. I purchased when it was $99. It feels like a $49 item but as things go, this is fun and the sound levels are good enough. The lights are not needed but the kids think it’s cool. Usage has been outdoors and sound was perfect. This is a great product for the price range. It has all the features, and everything works well. The bass is not as great as I was expecting but it does the job. Another thing noticeable is that when the volume is high, you get distortion; however, if you put some weight on it, it goes away. The Pyle Portable Bluetooth PA Speaker System was a total let down. I purchased the pyle product because it's always been good to me as a DJ. So, when I plugged it in to use it at an event I was just so lost and saddened on the quality of the material used to build it so it just felt like junk. The sound was horrible and it felt like it was going to break when I rolled it so I chose to carry it. What I did like about it was the batteries life time. Once it was fully charged I didn't have to worry about it dying. If I had to purchase it all over again knowing what I know now I would never have purchased it. Pyle, I'm sorry to have to write such a negative review, but your product really let me down and I have tons of things that I've purchased over the year with the PYLE NAME on it . Only because I knew when I saw the name PYLE, I was buying something that stood for quality and would be durable, dependable and well built. If this is how Pyle is now building it products, please don't ruin the PYLE name that most of us knew stood for quality. JUST DROP THE Y TO AN I AND SPELL IT P-I-L-E . ... show more
